I called the store from Chicago to inquire about their Walla Walla Valley Rose Bud Vase. It was cute, quirky, affordable, and exactly what I wanted to send to my guy who's in Walla for work for a few weeks. She gave me multiple choices of bottle, and listened to my odd requests, such as an orange label, an octopus, or a raven. Not only did she offer to text me a pic of the bouquet once it was finished, which she did, she also texted me a pic of the available bottles and asked which one I wanted. She even found a gorgeous line drawing of an octopus and affixed it to the bottle for me. All in all, she went above and beyond in trying to create what I was looking for, and if this is what she's willing to do for some chick in Chicago requesting weird stuff on her lowest priced product, I can only imagine the care and attention she gives to the higher priced items for people located within 100 miles of her! Will definitely use again if my guy is there for work and I want to send him something unique and beautiful. I learned on a Friday that a relative had been hospitalized in Walla Walla. I was out of the country and checked the big national flower organizations, but none could deliver to the hospital until Tuesday. So, I searched for a local florist and found this one. It already was past business hours, so I placed an order online. They promised to deliver by Monday. However, I added a message explaining the situation and asking that they deliver as soon as possible. They did! I received confirmation that the flowers were delivered on Saturday.
