If the roll you're looking for isn't there, just ask one of the chefs to make it for you. (It's usually better that way too, since it's more likely to be fresh.)

They have a number of raw ingredient products at very cheap prices; variety of oats and other grains, sugar, as well as a large selection of confection ingredients and spices. H & R also serves sandwiches throughout the day. They have a deli service and sell Troyer brand meats and cheeses which are rich and tasty. The store is closed on Sundays and Thursdays. Please drive with extreme caution since the Amish still use horses as their primary means of transportation in this area.
