WHAT A JOKE! If you want to go to a business for an awful experience, then you should definitely use this company. The owner is abrasive, very, very rude and is very unpleasant to do business with. He charged us for almost 4 hours of work (labor) and drive time and parts that should have been half the price. The technician should have been done in about an hour, he was very slow as if he was milking his time so it would cost us more. I will never, ever do business with them again, and neither should you! I have to tell you that country side has been the best people I have ever worked with. I had other companies come out and look at my split unit and were not able to fix it. They were so Knowledgeable and called a few days later just to see if I had any questions. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

What a horrible experience we've had with this company... I will never do business there again, and unless you want your personal information spread around town, as well as misinformation and rumors, I would stay away if I were you. My husband purchased an A/C unit, and at the time he bought it, he told the salesman he would pay half down but it would be about a month or more to pay the balance. He was up front about that and made it clear that if they didn't want to do that, then no problem; he would just go somewhere else. It was fine, they said, and the deal was struck. Fast forward to a little over a week ago, when the owner stormed into our business (which is not officially open yet, but we have the doors open), was rude to the employees who were there and then proceeded to personally threaten me. I was in tears by the time he left. Keep in mind, the A/C unit that was purchased has nothing to do with that business or ANY business we own; it was for a house rental property. My was not at the store at the time, but he called and left a message for the owner to call him back. The owner didn't that day, nor the next. So, my husband called the office again and spoke with the salesman who he had dealt with. The salesman was apologetic and agreed that no, that was certainly not the way to conduct business. They had a long chat, and all seemed to be understood. Fast forward again to today, when we found out that the owner has been going around town telling people we are four months behind (absolutely not true; the A/C was installed only 5 weeks ago) and that we can't pay our bills and that "you should think twice before doing business with them." Even if we were behind on the bill, which we weren't per the original agreement, it's certainly not OK for a business owner to go around and spread misinformation like that to people. I'm saddened that we even have to deal with this, and really disappointed that the whole situation has come to this. I don't give bad reviews on Yelp, ever, so for me to record this narrative, you know I have truly been affected by the unprofessional and downright nasty practices of this company. read more
