Although I was impressed with the attention to detail and responsiveness I was receiving, I still wanted to do my due diligence in researching other companies for products and pricing. On the most recent service call our technician removed a part and took It back to the shop, not long after the owner of the company called to tell us he wasn't sending our technician or anyone else back to fix the problem. He stated the reason was we "yelled at the technician" which never happened. Their service calls take around four hours for the guy to come out, remove a part, and order a new one. Expensive. The review from Terrance is a fake add this is the guy who bought out Sportsman's and it is now Shroeders and it is a terrible terrible company. I'm glad we are no longer with them.

They took twice as long as necessary on what easy job. They did not finish the job, and left the homeowner without running water. The owner of Sportsman's knows how to brown nose but if he can get way with it he'll treat you like crap!! AND they did it to a low income elderly widow with very little means! NOT RECOMMENDED!
