Our inground liner pool construction started the first week of September 2026, and the pool is still not finished. Communication has been poor since day one. Responses to questions about timelines, issues, or updates have been extremely delayed. During the build, the wrong lights and stairs were ordered. The replacement lights still have not arrived, and we ended up accepting the wrong color stairs simply because we didn't want to wait any longer. Shortly after the pool was filled the first time, the wall caved in at four different areas. It took weeks of back-and-forth with Justin (contractor), John (sales rep), and the owner before someone came out to address it, and initially they insisted the issue was not their fault. After that, four leaks were discovered in the liner. Again, it took weeks of communication before someone came out to "fix" them. Now that the pump has finally been turned on, we can clearly see the pool is still leaking, which indicates the problem is not just the liner but possibly the plumbing or pump as well. We are now waiting--again--for the leak technician to come back later this week. Considering how long this project has been dragging on, this installation and its issues should be treated as a top priority. Instead, it has felt like an afterthought while other projects move ahead. We haven't even mentioned the shoddy concrete work. At this point we will likely just live with it as it is, but the quality of the work is disappointing. At this point we truly regret choosing this company and cannot recommend them based on our experience. No stars!

The sub contractors were excellent and helped us make every decision. Everyone was respectful of our home, polite and friendly. No renovation project will ever go perfectly due to unexpected problems and unknown hurdles, ours included. Charlie was on site and explained our alternatives and costs so we could make the best decisions. Charlie kept the project moving along at a good pace and had the right subs on site at all times. The roof needed some repair along with alot of other deferred projects such as windows, and some wood rot in various areas. Charlie really came thru for me, he did the Glazing on many windows which were in need, Roof repairs were made and ive been trouble free since. He painted the entire deck area and did wood rot repair as well. What a difference, it looks so much better and i couldnt say enough good things Charlie is a really great guy also, just so much knowledge and experience and he is trustworthy and really takes pride in the work. I hope to use him again on my next projects, Again, Charlie Angell is truly an Angel for those in need.

He installed the new flooring that I purchased without removing the glue from the old flooring. Now the floors are popping up and chipping. He sent someone over to fix it when it 1st started, and they told me the floor was not prepped properly!! I took him to small claims court after a year of trying to work something out. His offer was for me to buy more flooring and he'd install it at a discounted price!!!! I'll assume he thinks senior = stupid. I won in court! Now he won't pay what the judge awarded me! He's taking advantage of a senior and woman. The court sent him an asset form to fill out and he put down zero for everything. My attorney found out he changed the name of his business from Rhino's Remodeling and Repair LLC to Rhino's Remodeling LLC the same day we were in court and I won! Seems like he knew what to expect and what to do to get out of paying. IMHO PLEASE STAY AWAY

The work was scheduled and he was on time and professional. He cleaned up after his work was done. I have been nervous about having this work done thinking it would take forever and I would have a lot of people in my house. Ryan owns the company and worked this project by himself. I would highly recommend him. He can repair anything that needs to be done inside.

Demetre was very patient with me & took over the back yard getting permits, staking out the location of the pool. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. He came out this year after the hurricane to check on it & put in a heater. I love it so much I will use it year round. The salt level was too high & my pool cleaning people did not adjust it. So I'm glad Demetre came out. I now consider him a friend.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had from any company. After getting an estimate done,…read morewas told to call back ASAP to get my name on the list for next year. After calling for 4 days, they finally got back with me. They picked up my deposit, and never sent me a contract. They even cashed the deposit the day after picking it up. After calling 7 more times to get my contract, or an update, I was finally contacted by the Project Manager. Never should have come to that. Then the person I was supposed to be dealing with calls later that day and acted like she was shocked no one sent a contract. Even drove 20 miles to their "location" (from their website), and it wasn't there. Be very cautious about using this company. I wouldn't recommend it. One of the 5-star reviews on Google have pictures from the manufacturer's website (not their pool as claimed), and two other 5-star reviews on Google, I know for a fact, are from employees.
