This is a locally owned company which is used by many people for residential, commercial, and agricultural needs. They serve a 10 county area in upstate New York and used by many home owners, farmers, trucking and contracting companies. "Big Nell" and the rest of the fleet and machinery of Ferrari Holdings uses this company.

My wife and I had a great experience with JHM. We were rollover customers of WOC when we bought our…read morehouse a few years ago and didn't really question their service until their price per gallon skyrocketed from $2.39 to $3.60 in a mere 9 months. By comparison, JHM was charging about a dollar less per gallon at the same time, with no fees or catches. It was a no-brainer to switch providers. They patiently answered all of our questions (and there were a lot), and were total pros when they came to do the tank changeout. They releveled our previous sinking WOC tank and set it neatly aside our driveway so WOC could easily remove it. JHM also installed a new input assembly, which WOC had improperly installed at ground level (it's supposed to be over a foot off the ground). Service has been great since the change. Any fluctuation in cost has been subtle and reflective of market conditions, not price gouging like WOC engaged in.
