Personal care and supervision is available 24 hours a day for those residents needing assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, toileting, and bathing as well as assisting those with early stage dementia or other health problems that would prevent them from safely living alone. Three meals a day are provided, housekeeping and laundry services are included and staff provides medication monitoring and administration, along with daily activities designed to promote wellness and socialization. Residents can still maintain an active lifestyle and are encouraged to participate in activities and outings that match their abilities. Personal care is generally private pay with some Veteran's assistance available to those who qualify. The cost of personal care is generally less than the combined cost of living at home with home health care or nursing home care.

First, about 4-5 years ago there was an administration shakeup that resulted in a more elderly-conscientious upperlevel staff change. They have been working at bringing up the quality of this facility and at this point I would rate it a solid 5 stars. Nobody wants their loved one to go to a nursing home, nobody wants this for themself either, but my Dad is there now and I can not find a single reason to complain. From the first day, both my family and I have been more than pleased with CTK in every way. Care is attentive, staff is friendly and very competent (from office to nursing aids, volunteers, and everyone in between), meals are quite good as well. The facility itself is clean and uncrowded, the activity staff has something going on almost every day. I have no complaints or reservations at all about the care that my Dad gets here and my family agrees.
