A previously solicited Contractor put us on his "wait list" and as time went by, it became obvious he was too busy with his "commercial jobs" that the "little guy's residential job" was not important to him. As we walked the pond's bank with Caleb, we pointed out two seasonal stream beds that have fed the natural pond for decades, along with a recent trouble spot created by water being diverted to our land. A trouble spot that surely needed heightened consideration, due to excessive amounts of sediment and trenched scour that spewed into the pond's northern boundary during heavy rains. Eventually, the excessive inflow during a heavy storm blew through the natural dam and we lost two-thirds of our pond. However, Caleb changed all that. Caleb was up to the task and did an excellent job of redesign, clearing and revamping the landscape by removing the tons of overgrowth and sludge that took away our pond a couple of years ago. He and his crew took the time & care to do things right to give life back to our pond. We absolutely love the new, widened and strengthened Dam and the improved Inlets. After a long dry spell this year, the pond level is back up and has brought back the lost beauty of that part of our property.

I'm a retired homeowner. I have worked with many contractors over the years. Rosh Construction,…read morehands down, has been the best experience I have had, ever. I was grading for a 4000 sf building and hit rock. I gave up and contacted Rosh Construction by leaving a message online. This was a cold call, and I have never had any interaction with Rosh Construction in the past. Within 2 hours there was a response and a few hours later they were onsite to work up a game plan. I'm sure they can't always be onsite on the same day, but they were for me. After coming up with a game plan, we discussed equipment. Rosh Construction has many equipment options for any sized job. We decided on the best options for my job and the rates for each. Within a day or two, the well-maintained equipment was delivered, and they started grading immediately. Except for one rain day, they were onsite the first thing every day. There were the layers of rock that stopped my equipment from making progress. The bulldozer Rosh Construction brought ripped right through it. There was also a buildup of about five feet on the other end of the site. The dirt was layered and packed at this location in standard lifts. The resulting building site was leveled using an equipment-mounted laser and packed solid as the rock that stopped my backhoe in its tracks. I have plans for a house, a pond and a road on my property. Calling Rosh Construction for these jobs will be the easiest decision I will make on these projects. The dedication, professionalism, honesty, communication, pricing and end result could not have been better than what I received with Rosh Construction.
