Last year, and so far this year, I have to call, or hunt the company down while still in the…read moreneighborhood of the townhome Community where we live. They never, ever, clean off patio stepping stones, or sunroom stepping stones, dirt and debris left by the fast lawn mowers, and they never, ever clean off our patio nor our neighbors. I've had to get in the car and go find them to come back, though I wait till the end of the day thinking they will come on their own, or I've had to call and they still don't come back until a day or two later. I'm not the only one perturbed by this, as we are an older generation that live out here and cannot do the work ourselves. We pay for their work and they never finish. We called twice last week, to please clean up...and they never came back. There have been times when they ride the riding lawn mowers standing up so fast, there are times they literally miss areas of the lawn out front, and you can really see it. Stopped of overgrown grass. They really truly take no pride in their work. They just worry about getting it done as fast as they can. They barely give the front door area. Oh look at a split and then they leave. We have tried several times to go out and catch them before they leave the area, to please clean off the patios and the stepping stones where the mowers leave grass and debris. The grass this past week was so bad thrown up by the mowers into the flower bed and stepping stones, you literally could not tell where the stepping stones were. But all they know is, they don't speak English and keep going If this company is going to hire worker, they need somebody that can communicate with the residents. Or at least have somebody out here with them to make sure the job is done right. Some are quite upset and we're thinking at the next HOA meeting we're going to ask them to please find another lawn service, someone that does the job and FINISHES it. They take no pride in their work and do as little as they can to collect a paycheck.
