Since he started there he was given false naritives of his pay and him being a crew leader and made him a driver with out the driver pay. He pretty much drove the Forman around and did the forming job with out the pay. Also since working there my fiance has been called a Ni$$er and when he asked if the crew workers could stop calling him that and using that word around him they conti used to do so. Even after my fiance spoke to his bosses Robby and Steve about it. Thus is made it a hostile work environment for my fiance who shows up to work and does his job. There has been an instance the same Forman he drove around jumped in my fiance face at a job site trying to provoke him to knocking him out. Which my fiance should not have to worry about being at work and because someone can't get their drug fix wants to cause issues. Also the company allows people who smoke meth, Crack and other drugs to work for them and do these drugs on company time while driving company vehicles and also smoking their drugs in customers properties and or leaving to go and get high while leaving my fiance to do all of the work load alone. When my fiance had a death in the family he was mocked and talked about by the owners and employees when he over heard it and said something that is when everyone wanted to say he's not a good person to work with so they put him with other workers who don't do anything but get high all day long. My fiance checks also have not been accurate since he started and each time was given an excuse until he threated a lawsuit if his pay was not looked at correctly and was told there are days he worked where he was not accounted for when I'm the person who dropped him off at work each time they claimed he was not there. If you end up working late when everyone in the office leaves you get time knocked off your check because before the person who writes your times leave they clock you out while your still on a job site. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They don't care about the work environment for employees, they allow racism with out correction prorely instead will stick you with other people thinking it fixes the issue. The pay for all the work that is intelled is barely anything. They gas you up telling you that your going to move up in the company and never see it put into action and when you bring it up they brush it off or act like they don't recall saying these things to you. Also the owners son has issues with making people feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at you or following you around.

Called them up, set up someone to come by for an estimate. Had to wait til it was convenient for them, but that's no big deal, I understand. Day comes, no one shows. Call the next day to ask "what-the-heck"/set up another estimate and they won't even answer the phone. Got hung up on TWICE! Good for them that they have so much work they can just let it slide, but I don't like having my time wasted.
