From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. Calls weren't returned, timelines kept changing, and I constantly felt like I was chasing them just to get basic updates. When they finally showed up, the work itself felt rushed and lacked attention to detail--exactly the opposite of what you want when dealing with something as important as insulation. What's worse is that after the job was "completed," I started noticing issues almost immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, they were dismissive and difficult to deal with, offering little to no support to correct their own work. It became clear very quickly that once they were paid, customer service was no longer a priority. The financing options were good as well. Almost a year later, the unit is running good and overall I am happy I had that work done. The only real complaint I have (and I'm still a little irritated by this) is that they cut in a ceiling vent directly over my baby's crib. When I said something about it, they said there wasn't anything else they could have done. Well, the room is an odd shape, so furniture placement is limited. I just thought they could have had a little more common sense and found a better "indoor solution" to that problem.
