The minimal amount of air was comint thru the vent. They never came back to complete the job. This month we had a cold morning so I turned the heat on. Cold air would be blown regardless of the temperature I set. I contacted another company to hopefully fix the issue. They came today and fixed the issue. The previous company set it so only cold air would be blown. They should have installed a new thermostat but instead they cut the wires attaching the new pump to the old (at least 15 years old)thermostat. They hooked it up so that it only blew cold air regardless of the temperature. There is also an issue with the sensor and a new one has to be ordered. The company that came to check the pump was fabulous. I actually have heat and cooling which makes me happy since I have a sick child. I really want to include the company's name that was kind enough to fit me in their busy schedule and address the issues but I need to get their approval first.

While in downtown Auburn on the morning of Thursday July 31st around 7:45 AM an incident with one of the companies drivers occurred. Heading into downtown Auburn. I moved pass one of the spencer trucks and into the turn lane. Without looking in his mirror, blind spot, or using a turn signal the Spencee truck merged into me. I slammed on my brakes and laid on my horn, then jerked my vehicle into the oncoming lane to avoid collision. The driver of said truck then proceeded to come to a dead stop in the road and rage out at me for his mistake. He rolled his window down and cussed at me and then told me to "pull over' so he could "beat my ass" (this is Alabama, dude gonna get himself shot). I moved around him and out of the turn lane again and speed off in a diffrent direction. What kind of people yall hire over there? Today was the first time we've heard from a manager, who only informed us that "there are no managers in town to help you this weekend" and "we can send someone out, but I don't know if you'll have to pay for a service call or not, it depends on if it's because of something we did." OF COURSE it's because of something you did. Your employees spend more time in my house than I do. Don't waste your time with this bunch. UPDATE 1/22/2013: Today I was contacted by the owner of this business asking me to remove this review. In Farnell's defense after I first posted this review some attempts were made to rectify the problems we were having. Today when the owner contacted me I attempted to remind him that there was still work they'd promised to do that had never been completed (repainting of a ceiling they damaged in August). Instead of offering to make the repair the owner became extremely rude. Cut me off mid sentence, wouldn't let me finish talking, and talked over me; insisting that he didn't know anything about this issue and that I needed to remove my review. It rapidly reached a point that I hung up the phone. There are some extremely poor customer service issues at play here, and I'd steer clear of doing any business with this company in the future.

After I requested owner to call me I did receive a phone call from Mr. Farnell. He was very apologetic, but I will never do business here again. Felt very disrespected/ deceived as a customer. Office personnel have absolutely no customer service skills. After waiting 8wks for unit to be fixed no one even bothered to ask how unit was working. Doing the service is only part of owning a business. How you treat your customers speaks volumes. Farnell's office people just don't care.
