Buggie, County Pest Control, is the best in the business. Throughout the past 25 years I have been using his services. To start, he was the only exterminator that would remove a Canteloupe-sized hornet's nest from my second story house near my infant's bedroom. He was stung about 5 times during the process. What a hero! He has since serviced my additional 3 homes: quarterly pest control services, including trapping and removing many rodents, a moth invasion in my pantry and even a giant ant infestation in my kitchen. My basement flooded and my house was now infested with fleas. My indoor pampered kitties were not the only unhappy residents in my home. Dave Balliet came to my house and sprayed top to bottom, and outside. Having a knowledgeable service man that talked to me about the chemicals he was using, how safe they were for my kitties and, more importantly, for my children and grandchildren to be around, gave me the peace of mind I needed! Learning about the life cycle of the flea gave me a greater understanding of why they weren't all dead after one application. I called County Pest Control to remove a wasp nest on my porch and couldn't believe that they sent someone out that same afternoon. Chris was friendly and professional, and most of all knowledgeable about insects. He took one glance at the nest, told me that I had Paper Wasps, and assured me that they were not aggressive and easy to remove, which he did in just minutes. While I had him here I showed him some what looked to be ant parts on a bedroom windowsill. He identified them and explained the life cycle of that particular ant and why they ended up on my windowsill. I was very impressed by his thorough explanation. I contacted County Pest Control to help my mother-in-law with her pest problem since our family is currently stationed overseas and we are physically unable to help her. My mother-in-law has reached an age where she struggles to maintain independence and we are in need of professional help. She is making the transition to assisted living, but while she is forced to remain in her home waiting for an opening, we want her environment as clean and as healthy as possible. She has a hoarding illness and has worked for the past several weeks with a wonderful, understanding local hauling company to clean-out most of her belongings. They removed 50 years worth of furniture, papers, trash, carpeting, etc. Her illness has been a struggle for the entire family for many years and we're finally making progress. She is a wonderful lady with a heart of gold, but she is stubborn and resistant to change. After initially visiting her house and giving us an estimate, we were notified hours before the appointment that they were cancelling. We wasted a week waiting for a service that they decided not to provide at the last minute. Dave just kept saying the house was disgusting and making cruel, heartless judgments about my mother-in-law and our family. I attempted to explain our predicament of being overseas and needing professional help, but he was unmoved by my pleas for compassion and understanding. Although I suggested that perhaps they could return after Steri-Clean serviced the home, he actually claimed that they might DIE if they went in the house. This makes me so thankful for the people who've helped us so far and makes me think that Dave's delicate constitution should avoid exposure to further pesticides. Our family's situation is incredibly upsetting and to have someone be so callous, unprofessional and cruel on the telephone was eye-opening. Just absolutely stunning. read more

This is a most unflattering picture of Dave but be assured he is a very interesting guy . I guess he is trying to look like the bat he is holding. He appreciates bats and if you don't want yours, he would be happy to have them. He kept his eye out for the return of the termites that ate pretty much of the house we bought. While Dave is looking for insects he can tell you a lot about them if you have an interest.. He has saved us from powder post beetles, carpenter ants and of course termites. Thanks Dave read more
