This business is by far one of my favorite pest control companies and, believe it or not, I've dealt with a reasonable handful of them. Carlos is professional and he cares, and I would recommend him to anyone in the Lehigh Valley. He'd be the first person I'd have them call! While the problem at our rental property was the toughest he's seen in years and we weren't able to trap any rats, his efforts ultimately stopped the problem as much as he could without getting a contractor to rip out the walls. Last Saturday I noticed yellow jackets that appeared to be flying into the attic on the second floor. On Sunday my wife asked me to go up to my daughter's room which she was preparing for a visit by our daughter over Labor Day. I went up and agreed with her that a "noise" could be heard in the ceiling. First thing Monday morning I called Sting Pest Control. Amanda answered the call at about 9:00am. She was very professional and friendly. After listening to our situation Amanda informed me that a technician would call shortly. Carlos texted me and said he would arrive at 10:59am and he did. Carlos instantly assessed our situation from inside the bedroom and explained what he would do. A soft circle about 8"-10" in diameter would be reinforced with blue painter's tape. He then would insert a wand and dust would be sprayed into the nest. A few yellow jackets escaped through the hole and were killed and vacuumed up. Painter's tape would then used to secure the ceiling in the bedroom. The poison would kill the yellow jackets over several days. The pupae would die as they ate their way out to the cell in the nest. Carlos spent about 45 minutes treating inside the house and from the outside with the same dust. Carlos then explained what he found. He said it was the largest nest he had seen in over a year and probably contained about 2,000 yellow jackets. We were informed that no repairs should be attempted for at least 30 days.The price was $400 which we gladly paid for the excellent service. We are to call the company for a return visit if any bees are again seen flying into the house. Both Amanda and Carlos were wonderful to deal with. Polite and explained how things would proceed in detail. Carlos arrived in a clean truck wearing a clean professional looking uniform with the company name embroidered on the shirt. He put on a complete protective suit and face covering as he worked. All actions were explained before and after the job. We will now contract with Sting to provide quarterly service. We strongly support Sting and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Earlier in the summer months, a buzzing and scratching noise was coming from my walls. This happened last year, though at a later time, and the team member from Sting Operation was able to hear and treat the wall by drilling a hole and powder. This year, I was fortunate enough to meet the owner of Sting Operation today, who explained the nature of the yellow jacket nesting cycle. Despite not hearing any activity in the walls, nor seeing a heat signature using his tools, he offered a courtesy spray in the hole provided by last year's treatment. He respected my concerns about the noises, and as a fellow business owner, we spoke about the necessity to address the problem thoroughly for our customers. If I continue to hear noises in the walls, that is on me - Carlos did all that he could with the information and testing performed that morning. I am likely to consider a yearly plan with Sting Operation going forward. read more

We started having a problem with yellow jackets. They built a nest in our garage wall, and was across the path from our back door, so the anxiety of coming in and out of the house was very high. Sting Operation came highly recommended when I shared concerns with a friend about a couple of mice sightings in our home. Carlos was able to come out same day that i requested an inspection! He was very thorough with excellent customer service skills! He was so personable and even very sweet with our dog. I am also extremely phobic of mice and he was very patient with my histrionics. Sting Operation was out to my home about a month ago. When I called about bees that invaded a wall of my house, they were out to remedy the situation quickly. The team was consistent with their messaging with what to expect and the warranty. This was greatly reassuring and appreciated. Called Carlos this afternoon about a wasp issue (which were getting way out of hand, living under roof shingles) and possible carpenter bees. He arrived as scheduled and found evidence that there was indeed damage from carpenter bees in the rear of the property. We contacted Sting Operation Pest Control regarding a problem with a Yellow Jacket nest. Carlos, the owner, called back very promptly and was very professional. He set up a time to come out and survey the situtation and apply the first treatment. He then came out a second time because not all the Yellow Jackets were eliminated. He tried a different method the second time and within hours we didn't see one! We were very satisfied with his work, demeanor, professionalism, willingness to answer questions, and promptness with returning calls. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Unbeknownst to us, our family was dealing with a nest in our attic which was resting on the ceiling in one of the kitchen corners. After yellow jackets made their way through the drywall we had them swarming all over. Entered "bee removal" on PC and this company popped up on screen. I was somewhat frantic with Amanda on the telephone indicating that I needed someone YESTERDAY. Calm and collected, Amanda gathered some information from me and informed me that she would call me back immediately to give me an estimated time of arrival after checking with the work crew. Less than five minutes later she called me back and indicated that an employee would be arriving as soon as possible. In less than one hour Carlos arrived and explained the procedures to be conducted. Again, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! He took care of the problem coupled with educating my family and I. Very compassionate, understood our dilemma and put us at ease. I was out of their service area but no one informed me. They just wanted to "help" more than anything else. The inexpensive price caused me to believe that for some reason we were probably given a price break. This epic review being said, I subsequently learn that Carlos was the actual owner of the company. What a professional!!!!! Courteous, kind and thoughtful in helping us get through this ordeal. Carlos has been amazing! We called him for a bed bug situation about 6 weeks ago. He came out that day to inspect our house and was there 3 days later for our first treatment.
