The place is always tidy and well organised and the layout is easy to follow and the goods are well displayed, making finding what you want so easy. It has got a reasonabley sized showroom for kitchens and bathrooms, which is very handy to see when deciding which one to buy or which one not to. I like shopping their for our DIY projects and I prefer it to B&Q for the good value the offer for you.

I have to admit when walking into this shop for the first time, it did look like a tip and the appearance in one half of the shop was not great. Especially as this is a carpet shop, you would expect the cleanliness and appearance to be first-class. I didn't get that impression when walking into the shop. But the other half of the store that had all the carpets was in much better condition. There were a number of different carpets in terms of designs and colours. I have to say the carpets on sale here are for sure affordable and not too expensive. The staff are OK but I still think Britannia Carpets could do with being refurbished. Just by entering the store, people could so easily be put off and I would understand.

I do like the wallpapers on sale and there so many designs. There are also wallpapers for kids when it comes to decorating their rooms. The paints on offer come in all different colours and sizes so you cannot complain. Prices are reasonable however I did find some of wallpapers to be pricey. The staff who work at Home Zone do know their stuff inside out and they can also provide you with samples of wallpapers for you to look at and take home. Our suite was returned to us looking as good as new. When I considered what they looked like before going to Steve, the finished result was nothing short of a miracle. It isn't just ourselves who have been impressed with Sofafix, we have had visitors who have complimented on our "new" sofas such is the quality of the work which has been done. I am very, very pleased with Sofafix, Steve and Jane. Together, they changed our sofa suite from an embarrassment into something we can once again be proud of.
