I had the BEST experience with Richard from County Wide Roadside. I was in a real mess. My son's car died in Weston and he had to push it to the Firestone nearby & had asked them to check the battery. I had called Firestone 4 times to ask what was going on because all I needed them to do was connect it & tell me if it was the battery or not. The car sat there a day & half with them giving me the same run around. I got fed up and searched online for battery &/or tow assistance near me. I found County Wide Roadside & called on a Saturday afternoon. Richard answered my call and he was fantastic! He asked me numerous questions that I guess would indicate if it was in fact the battery that was bad or if it sounded like another issue. I was at a Pickleball tournament and stressed trying to resolve this issue in between games. So Richard was so great he texted my son when he was five minutes away and met him at the Firestone within 20 minutes. My son said he was very kind and explained everything to him. He had the car running in no time. He told my son he needed to drive around for twenty five minutes to recharge the battery. He was incredibly helpful, very honest, reliable and extremely professional. We decided to replace the battery anyway because it's almost 6 years old. Richard even told me I could probably find it cheaper at one of the big chains but if I wanted he could come my house or wherever the car would be to replace it & it came with a four year warranty. After making many calls for battery prices, turns out he was about $20 cheaper so I was thrilled. He came out today with the new battery and changed it in the driveway in 10 minutes. You can't beat having someone come to you to replace a car battery. No waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. So I am extremely happy with the entire experience. I got into my car to go pick up something from the store and discovered the car would not start. I suspected the battery was bad because I call another roadside service from the day before to jump start my car. This time I checked around and got good reviews about Richard providing great car service so I called him and told him my car will not start and I think I need a new battery. He got me quote then scheduled Saturday morning installation. He called on time Saturday and showed up with battery ask what happened did diagnosis of old battery installed new battery then he had me turn on the car and check to make sure no problem with alternator. After gaining my composure I looked on the internet and found my super hero named Richard. He calmed my nerves and was at my house within 20 minutes. WOW! What a great experience and pleasure it was to meet Richard. He literally arrived within 10-15 minutes of me calling him as early as it was. I seemed to have left my trunk cracked to my toyota corolla; with that being said i came out to a dead battery after a long night at work. I'd like to start by saying that prior to getting in touch with County wide roadside assistance I called two other companies that show they are open 24 hours and none of them answered the phone or even gave me a call back. I also have roadside coverage with my new vehicle but their ETA was outrageous. The operator was very clear and professional. I was impressed with the machine used to jump start my car; I was expecting a guy to pull up with regular jumper cables. The machine gave my car the boost if needed almost instantaneously. The operator made me feel like my car was in good hands. After my car started he did a test on my battery to make sure I wasn't going to have this problem again later. Thanks a lot Richard! My 26ft box truck's battery was dead. I googled box truck jump start service and Richard's company popped up. I called and he was close by so he got to my location in 30mins. He put his machines on the batteries, told me they were at 10%, clicked the switch on his machines, I turned the ignition and immediately my truck started.
