From the very beginning, I received excellent service. Juan, who works at the front desk, was always patient and professional. He explained every step of the process, listened to my questions, and kept me informed about the work being performed. I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me a product or rush through an installation. I always received clear answers and respectful treatment. Hernán, the installer, did an excellent job. The installation was clean, organized, and professional, with great attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Throughout the process, they performed multiple tests, adjustments, and calibrations until the sensors and the entire system were working correctly. They took the necessary time to improve details of the installation and personally verify every function. I also want to give special recognition to Santiago, the owner of the company. During the installation process, a technical compatibility issue appeared with an anti-theft feature that was originally expected to work with my vehicle. Instead of making excuses, ignoring the problem, or telling me that nothing else could be done, Santiago took responsibility. What impressed me the most was that he did not tell me, "I am going to order the part." When we spoke, he told me, "I already ordered the part." He had taken the initiative to find a solution before even discussing additional costs with me. They ultimately installed the specific hardware required, performed new programming, and got the system working correctly. That kind of attitude says a great deal about the honesty and values of a company. I had to return three times throughout this process. However, I never left with excuses, indifference, or unresolved concerns. Every single time, I left with answers, solutions, and excellent customer service. To me, a great company is not one where technical problems never happen. A great company is one that responds when a problem appears, investigates it, finds a solution, and stands behind the customer until the issue is resolved. That is exactly what Juan, Hernán, Santiago, and the entire High Grade Sound Pro team did. Today, my Durango has a security system that has been carefully tested, adjusted, and configured, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that there is a team behind the installation that truly stands behind its work. Professionalism, technical knowledge, clean installations, excellent customer service, and above all, honesty and accountability. I recommend High Grade Sound Pro with complete confidence. The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. One window had to be redone due to a hair getting into the tint, but it was promptly addressed and fixed without issue. Excellent service all around. I will definitely continue coming here.

One of the shop managers told me to try Florida Sound & Protection as they would have the know how to install the power lift gate. Sure enough! Even though they had never installed a power lift gate before, Ronald and his crew were not intimated by it. A few hours later, the lift gate is operating and works better than factory! I read the installation instructions, so I know it was a complicated task. I definitely recommend this shop.

Please note that I was convinced that I needed a reputable business to enhance the existing sound system on my vehicle. I was prepared to pay more money for this enhancement because my vehicle already had a default premium sound system. The result of paying his business, "Pro Auto Sound of Miami", to enhance my vehicle's existing sound system was the following: · Luis pocketed $2,728.34 of my hard-earned money by degrading my existing sound system that he was supposed to enhance · The enhancement solution that Luis sold me lacks the mid bass of my original factory system · The factory 6 1/2 speakers underneath the two front seats are no longer functioning · There exists significant signal noise in the vehicle when the volume is set between zero to 25% of total volume. I scheduled a drop-off of my vehicle for a week later. ** First Contact (12/2) ** I visited Luis' shop on 12/2/2021. I discussed with him the details of the sound quality enhancement that I needed. He convinced me that the service would be complicated due to my vehicle's preexisting infotainment system and surround sound layout. He also stated that his shop focuses on craftsmanship and that they would require more time to enhance the sound quality for my vehicle. I was instructed to drop-off my vehicle the following Tuesday for them to enhance the sound quality of it. Emailed Requirements (12/3) On 12/3/2021, I emailed Luis the requirements for the enhancement of my vehicle's sound system. ** Drop-off (12/7) ** On 12/7/21, I revised my installation requirements before dropping off my vehicle. I then dropped off my vehicle on 12/7/2021 for the sound quality enhancement. Luis called me later that day and advised me that my vehicle was unique and that all aftermarket door speaker options would require custom mounting. He then quoted me nearly $2,700 (including tax) over the phone for the effort he would require for enhancing the sound quality on my new vehicle. ** Business Quote ** During the call that I had with Luis, I requested that he email me a detailed quote so that I can examine the expenses of the work he described. He sighed and said that he could provide a detailed description of the work, but that his workers were waiting to begin work on my vehicle and that he would be losing money if I did not provide him an answer immediately. I told him that I needed to see a detailed quote in writing before I could give him my business. He later text messaged me a grainy photo of a laptop with what appeared to be a business quote on the screen that was pixelated and difficult to decipher. I told him that I received his quote but was unable to read the details due to the pixelated image. He again, voiced his concern about needing an answer from me, regardless of the grainy image that he sent, because he would be losing a large amount of money per hour due to his workers waiting to work on my vehicle. ** Pickup (12/10) ** I brought my family to Luis' shop in the evening to pick up my vehicle on 12/10/21. The invoice was originally $2,696.24 when Luis requested me to pay him a $2000 deposit before the sound quality enhancement was completed.
