Yep, I woke up one day with a broken window last week. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice too bad I forgot his name; he gave me all the necessary info I needed. I made an appointment for Saturday morning on 8/5. They informed me their driver will arrive between 9am-12pm. I cancelled any plans to make sure I was available. Around 10:00am I contacted the office to see if they had any updates on their driver. They told me no and hung up the phone. I continued to wait for someone to arrive. Around 1:00pm I still hadn't received any phone call or message from the person who was suppose to replace my severely cracked windshield and install my new windshield. At 1:45pm he finally reached out saying he was on the way. At 1:56pm he arrived. Itwas cloudy with light drops of rain claiming he couldn't install because of the weather. I told him it was a cloud passing if we could wait it out. After Waiting all morning he him arrived at the last minute he told me to reschedule for Monday which was impossible for me due to my work hours. I told him today was all I had and my windshield was severely getting worse. I didnt want to continue driving like that. Showing no empathy to the customer he stated he was not going to do it got in his car and left. I contacted the office several and they refused to take my call. 5 minutes later the "rain"" stopped and the sun came out. I give Countywide Auto Glass 10 stars if I could. My car was broken into on 9/27/23. They cracked my front passenger door glass and shattered my rear door glass. Thankfully nothing was taken as I don't keep valuables in my car. I made my report and contacted my insurance company. I was able to get a rental for 30 days until Safelite was able to get my glass replaced. I went to Safelite direct as I was being given the run around from my insurance company and someone finally told me they didn't have my glass anywhere in the United States. I literally googled other shops and vendors and came across CountyWide and let me tell you. I got a call back 5 mins later. Damien asked for my car details and probably 15-20 mins he told me they can replace my glass the next day. Damien even got my insurance company on the line with us in a 3 way in order to expedite my order. I was then given a time slot for next morning and Juan the tech arrived on time, was very friendly and answered all my questions and finished my replacement in about an hour. Let me tell you that the experience I got from Countywide was first class and they won me as a customer for life.
