Something that comes in handy for a guy who is prepping his house to put on the market. 1) I called around to several competitors in the area to get an idea of pricing and was quoted nearly double by the ONE company that returned my message - yes, other folks didn't even call me back! 2)Kleve went above and beyond in keeping this a surprise for my dad. He even instructed his team to forgo the usual 30 minutes heads up call as they didn't want to ruin my surprise. 3) When my stubborn dad asked that they come back and re-do a room since he didn't move all of the furniture he would have liked to have moved (maybe a surprise carpet cleaning wasn't the best idea after all haha), Kleve and his team came back free of charge. All in all, I am beyond pleased with these guys. They did a bang up job and really stand by their work.
