His boss has to do that. 4 days ago, I asked about matching roofing tiles to my barn or roofing my barn as well so the house and barn match. Chris came on my property at 8:30 am with no time or text or phone call and got up on my barn. He texted after he left! Today I texted Stacy about the financing. I thought she was texting me back when I got a text saying, "I'm learning the financing before lunch tomorrow and you'll be my first one"! I was not okay with that experiment. It wasn't Stacy. It was Chris...the roofing guy. He went into a long distribution about how he's working from before daylight 'til after 9pm trying to take care of his wife and mother and on and on and on. I was without electricity and water for 3 weeks during Helene. I still have trees down every where. No help from anyone! USAA failed me. FEMA and GEMA failed me. I have had more lies told than I can stand! You can't just trespass on property. You can't just say 4 weeks and at the last minute, play games! I'm old and disabled. Enough! Either you do the right thing or do nothing! If one has no expectations then they can't be disappointed. Don't give the expectation if you can't make good on it. It makes you a liar.
