At the time when we there (12/27/17) the hotel was being renovated. They were adding a casino on the second floor of the lobby. Cambusa Resturant on the lower level offer good breakfast buffet and the pool area is great for all ages. SERVICE: Excellent and very friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay in Subic Bay i do recommend staying here. The hotel is walking distance to many good restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes drive to Subic Bay Beach where you and rent jet skis.

I highly commend the crew for stepping up to the plate of unexpected guests on a very short notice. That is a world class Filipino hospitality for you. Desserts are awesomely delicious! They are giving us our money's worth. This place is a tourists hidden secret hideaway , a virtual treasure trove of deliciously made Filipino breakfast buffet. If you need to hire a driver, the front desk will assist and good prices for daily or hourly rates. We hired a car to Pampanga SM and it was 3200 pesos. Unfortunately, I have not tried to food in the Cafe on the roof but seems popular. Try Angels Bakery across the street for a tasty breakfast.

The dining area is really cool. While we ate dinner you can see kids playing in the pool and your table is overlooking outward to Subic Bay. We had a party of like around 12 people. The service wasn't very good. The food was also not very good either. It took an extra long time. My parents can attest because they said when it first opened it was good, but this second time around it wasn't. The lumpia was soggy! That is a crime! We thought they microwaved it honestly. The we ordered pinakbet and it was sooo salty. They literally dumped a bunch of fishpaste with a side of vegetables. That was a drastic mistake. I would not come back.

I don't know how people can swim in that murky water, best option is the pool. Although someone cleans the short beachfront, trash constantly floats and brought by incoming waves from other resort. Front desk service, restaurant staff, and housekeeping was TOP NOTCH! All were friendly, professional, and greeted us every time (hence the 4 star). 2 min walk from baloy beach, however this is dirtiest active beach I've ever seen. Then when we arrived at the breakfast area next day they are asking us to pay for another 900 pesos for the 4th person for breakfast. This is all misleading and highway robbery for people coming to this resort. they did not communicate this extra payments accurately on their confirmation. the wait staff looks like they are done with their job and not happy which showed they are not happy being there for clients either. it was such a bad experience. the company van for staff they are renting smells bad and has a cockroach inside. we had to kill while we are riding it. the beach water requires cleaning since there were some trash around the sides. no elevator either. overall not a good experience for this expensive place.
