On June 05, 12:41 PM he texts me saying "I'd like to come by [apartment] tomorrow at 10 am to see the apartment and take pics for ads. Let me know if this is a problem. Thanks!" After telling him " Is it possble to stop by next week" he says "No it's better for me to get ads up ASAP. The pictures do not need to be perfect." So why are you asking to let you know if this is a problem and you still insist on coming less than 24 hours to the unit? I texted him the next morning letting him know this is a bit ridiculous. He called me right away, I didn't pick up then he texted saying, "If you want to have a conversation about this, call me. Additionally, I did not insist upon coming today.." The text went on, but the point of the story is he was very rude and unprofessional. I cannot imagine what aggressiveness bullying behavior he would of shared with me over the phone. Hopefully, Mr. Shulman can learn to treat all people with respect that all humans deserve.

From the first meeting (when we'd told him that we were looking for properties in the $300-350k range, and he presented us with the option of buying a $800k property and splitting it with friends), to the day of the closing (when he proceeded to lose his temper on the phone --- on three separate calls --- to Joy, the seller and the lawyer representing the mortgage company), he was a king klutz who gave the impression that he'd never sold a house before, despite having 10 years of realtor experience. He was unable to answer basic questions that we, as first-time housebuyers, had. He seemed bamboozled by the process of filling out forms like the Offer and Purchase & Sales Agreement. During the home inspection, he appeared more concerned with downplaying defects to save his commission than actually making sure the house was something we wanted to buy. Talking to him made me wish that telephones came with some way to bitchslap the person at the other end of the line. Having to deal with Tom Bransten was the most stressful part of buying the house.
