It was also very tender. All The meat is cooked to order on a metal great over an open fire. I got the smaller size steak and it was more than enough to eat. The menu is à la cart so you order your meat and then anything else you want to go with it. The staff is exceptional and just wonderful all around. They speak English and have English menus. It is a little on the expensive side but not that bad when you consider the quality and presentation. I would eat here again and would recommend it to anyone.
