Very unorganized and felt like a cluster from the beginning. There was no clear description of…read moreservices or what it was that I was paying for. We booked for a deep clean which was supposed to consist of wiping walls and baseboards in addition to other things. The deep clean was scheduled for 8 hours and was done but was done over the course of three days. In none of those three days were base boards or walls done. When I asked to make sure they were going to get done I was told she likes to space them out over multiple cleanings, when I was originally told they would be done in the deep clean. Only one half of the shower door was cleaned and we were told the other half would be done the next day and it was not. We had originally only wanted a Deep clean but were pressured into a "special" for two or three (depending on which text I read) additional maintenance cleanings and another deep cleaning for which the money was wanted upfront in advance. I was also texted about another "special" for the new year that was supposedly a $1000 value but wanted $600 to be paid the next day. It felt like a cash grab and made me uncomfortable. Her first time in my house she texted asking if she could borrow my expensive perfume for a date night. I felt like it was odd but since I had never had my house cleaned before I wasn't sure what the relationship was supposed to be like and I didn't want it to be awkward since she was in my house. I said yes and the perfume was not returned until over a month later almost empty when it had been almost full. I reached out to her and told her not to come back and I wanted to be refunded for the cleanings I paid for in advance but haven't gotten yet and we could call it good with the perfume. I was left on read with no response. I followed up a day later and was left on read again with no response. Do not pay upfront she will take your money and have no regard, lesson learned go through a company EDIT TO ADD: I was refunded an hour after posting review
