I found trash behind one of the doors in a bedroom, so apparently the vacuum couldn't reach there (or, more likely, they just didn't bother closing the doors when they vacuumed). Said they'd clean the windows, but there was flypaper left by the previous owners stuck to the kitchen windows. If they had bothered opening the blinds, they would have noticed. Kitchen cabinets still had piles of crumbs, gunk, and food debris inside. Bathroom cabinets had dust build-up, hairs, etc. And they took things left by the previous owner without mentioning it to me--some nice, lightly used toiletries in the medicine cabinet. I didn't expect a deep clean because they were the cheapest service I found. I expected a decent surface clean at best, but they didn't even do that. I absolutely do not recommend.

With that being said, they tried to changed the appointment which wouldn't be an issue, but due to time constraints of a busy Saturday, I respectfully declined and requested my 2 month old appointment to be honored. I was in lucky as they kindly obliged. I tried to call several time within 24 hours of the appointment to verify the appointment again, but like I mentioned earlier, their customer service is non-existent. Come Saturday morning, I woke up bright and early, took care of some errands and made it home prior to 845am! I was very excited as I was hoping that this company would be excellent and can turn this into an every 2 week to month thing to help my wife and thank her for what she does! Here I am at 10am writing this review. Our appointment time has come and gone without a call, email, text etc. Even if they do decide to show within the next 5 minutes-20 minutes 2 hours, it would not make a difference as we have plans at 2pm. The appointment time would have given us plenty to finish, and travel to previously said appointment. I am very disappointment at the lack of customer service. My thought was that companies advertise on Living Social at a low price in the attempt to gain long term customers. It seems like a great business model, lure the customers in with a great introductory price and knock their socks off with great service that will leave the customers with a lasting impression to either use them again or refer them to their friends and or family. Please take into account that this is all pre-appointment issues. I can't imagine that they would actually commit to doing a job well done in the event they actually showed up for their appointment. I live alone and no one else had access to the house that day. I believe it was an accident, however, Blanca refused to take any responsibility for misplacing the item, and when asked about her policy's for lost items I was told to either send her a photo with proof it was there or stop messaging her. I, of course, did not take a photo of my bathroom vanity that morning, leaving me with a $300 trip to the dentist in addition to her $400 fee for cleaning the home. A very disappointing experience.
