I can't say I'm too impressed. I kept having to call to get updates on the progress of my…read morereturns. Then I got a call on Sunday, April 14 stating my returns were done and requesting payment for services. Obviously they were working at the last minute, which didn't make me feel very confident. It would have been more appropriate to give me a few days to look things over myself before submitting my returns. The only chance I had to do this was when I showed up the next day to sign my returns. With multiple state returns and real estate transactions, doing any review at that point was basically impossible. At that point I realized a mistake was made. I was due a refund for some withholding which they had not processed. I was told I hadn't submitted the withholding form to him to look at, but I know I did, and I know I talked to Ryan about this on our first meeting. Lastly, it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to direct deposit my refunds, which was not given me. Ultimately, I was left wondering why, after shelling out several hundred dollars for a professional return, I was the one who had to figure out the mistake. I will go back to doing my own returns from now on.

On Dec 17, 2025, I requested that our car insurance be canceled on Jan 14, 2026, as we were switching agencies. I was told that would be fine and the policy end date would be added to the "notes" in our account. Unbeknownst to us, our car insurance was actually canceled on Jan 4, 2026 leaving us uninsured for 10 days until our new policy started. Wow, what stellar customer service. We only found this out after seeing a refund deposited into our bank account and then logging in to our insurance account and finding that the car insurance policy had been removed. Also, during the phone conversation on Dec 17, I requested that our renter's insurance policy be canceled on April 3, 2026. I subsequently was contacted four times between Dec 17 and March 2026, asking what I would like to do with our renter's insurance. I repeated myself every single time and was told that the end date would be added to the "notes" in our account. I called the office on April 10, 2026 and was told that the renter's insurance policy had not been canceled as requested because the manager was awaiting confirmation from me in order to cancel it. Where was that phone call, manager? The incompetence and unreliability is real. Save yourself the stress and irritation; there are SO MANY better qualified agencies available.

Lost months working with these people…read more I sent RFQ in Oct 2020 for three years of tax business & my returns didn't get completed until mid April 2021. At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere because I needed the money urgently for family matters. I went to H&R block and they offered to beat her pricing, met with me in person the next day after having phone discussion, & got the same work completed Nina quoted me done in ONE DAY. Initially my communications explaining the details related to my tax situation were with Nina exclusively. Shortly after getting my commitment for business she became completely detached from the conversation, & handed me off to her assistant who seemed overworked & short in her communications. It was quite difficult having to re-explain the same details to the two of them who never seemed to be on the same page on matters pertaining to my tax situation. Nina's team never offered to meet in person & by the time they finally got everything completed I had moved onto someone else. After having not filed the taxes she sent me an invoice saying I was 60 days late on pmt, and then sent emails with threatening undertones of lawsuits to get paid for the low quality work & insulted my character.
