They sent a young kid one day with a spray bottle to clean them with no effect. They tried again, no effect. They should have used stain free bricks in the first place or re-do the whole yard at their expense. The bricks were not properly glued and are all separating. Once they had the money, they ran. Because of this we could not sell the house, which is why we upgraded the landscaping, we decided to stay here and deal with our loss. They basically shrugged us off from the get go.
