I want people to be aware of contractors doing shotty work and taking advantage of people. Things…read moreare expensive nowadays and most people cant afford to throw away $15k of their hard earned money. We are left with a house that has siding falling off weeks after the company and the owner is ghosting our text and calls simply asking him to fulfill his part of the contract and get the fallen siding back up and ensure no more will fall off. We hired several contractors to complete work this summer on our house. All were great except one - INNOVATIVE EXTERIORS (KYRON Simpson) We took a chance on a younger guy new in the business (8 years according to him) and it bit us in our asses. He did decks and siding and long story short we have siding falling off our house. We already had to complete putting back on our gutters and lighting because they left and never came back to finish but now 3 pieces of siding have fallen off and he's ghosting us. Will not respond to texts or calls and we are livid. We paid good money for a professional job, hell for siding to stay on the house and not fall off 2 weeks later. I feel like we got screwed over. Its appearing that we're going to have to pay someone else now to come and attach the fallen siding off not to mention the worry of more coming off. It's unfortunate as we really tried to give this company a chance. 0/10 would not reccomend this guy and his so called "company". I worry for who else he is going to screw over. (I could include alot more about the shitty work ethic and issues with quality but I won't as I'm focusing on the main issue which is siding coming off of our home).
