They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!

It took awhile, but we came to an agreement on damages. It helps, but doesn't make me whole so I will never use them again going forward. I updated my review to 3 stars since Todd eventually dealt with the situation.
