In the past we had hired cleaners that used abrasive rags or inappropriate chemicals on our counters or stainless steel. Success Cleaning uses the proper products and bring their own vacuums/supplies. That might sound simple and expected, but it's often not the case with other companies. We've never had anything broken with these guys. We appreciate the care and attention they give to make sure our property is treated well.

They initially start the cleaning with photos, but it's very telling that the photos are in their favor so that it looks well however, when you dive deep into the cleaning, it's not cleaned.. the products use were from the dollar tree so therefore their water down and did not last. My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam. He told me they don't clean these areas & they're our of reach (however, when Cynthia quoted me, she said they take their time and use a 2-step ladder to clean higher things & that they also had a pole to clean high ceilings that reached 12ft. - THIS WAS ALL A LIE & NONE of this was done in my home). I'm 5'7 & can reach all of the areas of my house & in the pictures w/ no step ladder. I agreed to let Cynthia & Christian "the new owner" come correct things, & when I did, Cynthia sent me a message back saying that she will offer to come clean for 1hr. free next week. I'm like NO, this should've been cleaned right the first time. What was I being charged $400 for, I was so LOST. My house literally looked like it did before they came, it actually smelled like pee too & I have NO pets (their products are horrible & they stink). I asked the owner this question in my original email & all he did was tell me that what I was saying was WRONG & his team cleaned my home. Question: How would you feel if this was your home? & you came home to a "deep clean" that you purchased & it looked like the pictures? If you say you'd be happy, then I see why you're the owner of this company. Me, being a business owner myself, would try to ensure my customer is happy. I took the time out my day today to let you all know that Two Maids & a Mop is the WORST cleaning company even under "new management"!
