I ordered one big bus and one small bus for my hotel guests and a small bus to transport me and my bridesmaids to the church which was ten minutes away. Apparently only one bus showed up to the hotel, and the other one got a "flat tire", then the other small bus that was supposed to pick up me (the bride) arrived 15 minute late and was a huge bus (I ordered a small bus because the narrow streets of Brooklyn where they would be driving does not allow large buses, something a bus company should know). Once on the bus the driver could barely drive down the street and went a fast 5 mph. A drive that should have been 10 minutes ended up being 35 minutes and I was 45 minutes late to my wedding. Once we got there the driver kicked me and my bridesmaid and our stuff off the bus because he "had another job" even though I hired these buses for most of the day. Then after the ceremony they sent only two large buses, when I ordered two small and one large bus to come take my guests and my wedding party to the reception. Once again I the bride was busless at my own wedding and my husband and I had to take an uber to our reception. They claimed once more that two of the buses I ordered had "flat tires". The biggest issue with all of this is no one called me to tell me any of this, only after one of my bridesmaids called did we get this information from a very rude and defensive "customer service rep".
