Dr. Vilasagar has the best bedside manner of any doctor of any type I have ever had (at 39 years old). Not only that, she was extremely thorough during pre-op, during operation, when she met with my husband to explain everything and show him the pictures (while I was in recovery), and during my post-op visit. I feel like she truly cared and was not in a rush to get to the next patient. On April 14th, 2026 I had full excision of Stage 4 bowel endometriosis, a hysterectomy and an appendectomy. I am about 11 1/2 weeks post my surgery and I feel amazing. Honestly I felt pretty amazing by day 15 (better than I did prior to surgery, that's for sure). I cannot explain how much my quality of life has improved. Prior to surgery I was bleeding 3 weeks per month. During my "period week", a full 7 days, It was unbearable. Between the heaviness of the bleeding and the pain from cramping, getting through the days was a challenge. I had pain whenever I ate during that week as well. It did not matter what I ate, healthy or not. All that I mentioned is completely gone. Before surgery, not just during my period week but 100% of the time, I would feel exhausted after I ate a meal, unless it was really small (under 200 calories). Not anymore!! I can eat a solid lunch or eat dinner without feeling like I need to lay down. My digestion in general has improved considerably. That was such a pleasant surprise! Honestly, it feels like a weight has been lifted. If you have endometriosis, I highly recommend you have Dr. Vilasagar remove it!

When I asked if I could speak to the doctor, a nurse came out and told me that I had to leave. She literally told me that there will be no yelling here - and I swear I was not yelling. I definitely expressed frustration and advocated for myself, but I did not yell. I was trying to explain that I got an email yesterday stating that my appointment was at 3:30 and that nowhere in the email did it say for me to arrive 30 minutes earlier. They gave me an explanation of why the email is misleading- and all I could think was why is that my problem? Moreover no one called me and told me that I had missed my appointment or asked me where I was. I could have saved an hour of driving at least if they called. I was speaking to one of them this morning because they asked me to send imaging documents with me. I tried calling them to see if they got it, and of course no one picked up- they never do. When I walked in the office, there were no patients there- just 3 front desk staff chatting. I'm just sharing this because I don't think Premier Obgyn is what it used to be. When I was talking to one of the front desk, ladies, another one sitting next to her, was rolling her eyes and making faces and speaking to me in such an ugly fashion. There was no empathy or understanding that I had to wait five months and that I drove 35 minutes to get there after taking off of work. Definitely never going back again.
