I notice over the…read morelast few visits that I had with her she had one hand on the door knob and one foot out the door, and rushing me, as I was trying to explain my health problems She wasn't listening to my complaints, she would talk over me. She didn't seem to care about my health problems, or why I came to the doctor. I visited her regarding a health issue, and an issue that my job had contributed, and I needed a doctor excuse for the previous days I missed before, because of illness , dr Kapadia was not able to see me, and I need extended days after she examined me, dr Capadeia response was I need to use my pto time, in which I didn't have enough at the time to use, dr Capodeia refused to sign me out of work for the extended days I needed . My manager on the job felt that if the doctor would not sign for my time out, then she wouldn't either. I was at retirement age and I was very stressed out over my health issues, the doctor decision not supporting me regarding my health issues, and the mistreatment of the manager. in which led me to do an early retirement, since I am 67 years old. I filed a legitimate complaint against my manager, which she has been dismissed from the company. I also notice in all of my diagnoses from dr Sheena Kapadia she never changed any of my diagnosis notes, she just printed out the same information each time, this went on for 1 year or more. I wanted to make a complaint about this dr Kapadia , but I kept giving her the benefit of doubt, that it would change, but it didn't it got worst. If I had any other medical complications that had occurred prior to my visit she wouldn't allow me to discuss it , she would tell me I had to make another appointment and discuss it then, so I would leave the office not knowing what to do and very extremely stressed out due to the visit I had with her. This complaint is longer , and it would take awhile for me to write it, but I know it had to be written before 2024. I am still having issues today, that dr Kapadia fell to listen to or diagnose. I was also informed by a staff member that she does better with her own cultural, and it is others patients having the same complaints as myself.. A nurse suggested to me , if I wanted to changed primary physician, without my request, I said yes since dr Kapadia did not care about my overall health . I don't recommend this physician

I just went in this morning for a new patient visit. I don't think this place gets a lot of reviews…read morebecause it's pretty basic and reliable but that's why I'm writing. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised the nurse was amazing and the doctor was thorough and didn't make me feel rushed or spoke in jargon making it impossible to understand! If anything you may get a stale attitude from someone if they're having a bad day but overall everyone seemed nice and welcoming.
