I've made multiple calls over the past three weeks and keep getting told a refund is coming, but nothing has been done. Meanwhile, I've lost access to those HSA funds while they drag their feet fixing their own mistake. This has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poor customer service.

I was there at 7:15a, in the chair by 745a and done within about an hour and one half. That evening I got a follow-up call from Dr Wessell. He assured me the procedure went well and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions or issues. I followed his plan through my next visit on 12//30/20 and after a short consultation, he assured me that my post surgery progress was on track. Me being Vain I told him I was worried about my scars he said step in the sunlight and let me look. He said it looks good let the swelling go down and if you still feel bad about it I will fix it. 4 weeks later he said it doesn't look bad but if you're unhappy with it I believe I can do a little bit better.
