A little tricky to enter the parking at first because of the double street off Foothill Blvd., but very easy to find and plenty of parking and signage to help you find your way. My appointment was for 2:30pm, so I arrived about 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. Copay must be paid by either Cash, Zelle, or Check - FSA is also accepted. Within 10 minutes of my appointment time, I had my vitals checked and was placed in a room to wait for Dr. Nina Chan. It was another 10 minutes or less before Dr. Chan entered and began our first wellness visit. I had such a great first impression. Dr. Chan took her time to go over each of the intake documents I filled out, addressing every concern and going in depth to fully understand me as a patient. She had great body language and eye contact the entire time, making me feel valued and important, which I cannot express enough how impactful this is given the state of our medical system as a whole. I feel I've truly found a gem of a doctor and that makes me incredibly relieved and happy. Dr. Nina Chan, thank you for seeing me today, taking your time, and addressing my concerns. I look forward to being a long-term patient.

I adore Dr. Kular and have always been pleased with her treatment. However, since the Optum takeover, operations have progressively gone downhill. I have to call now to request refills, where previously Dr's staff would refill my pharmacy's requests ensuring I would not run out. Also, it has now been day 4 in a row that they have all incoming calls forwarded to their answering service, citing high volume, and won't permit a callback request. How can a Dr.'s office operate successfully like this? If you are that busy, then stop worrying about making more money and 1. Stop taking new patients and 2. Hire a larger staff to be able to assist your patients. Sad and searching for a new PCP.

This morning I called to find out why a prescription that was requested by the pharmacy on October 17, 2024 had not been responded to since I am running out. I was told by the computer voice that I was second in the queue. Thirty minutes later I was still on hold. This is very unprofessional and all it does it makes me want to find a different primary physician. I have a picture that I took to show which verifies my post.

I don't even want to leave ONE star, but here we are…read more I rarely go to the doctor. Usually just for an annual physical or something minor, but every single visit to Benacare turns into a half-day event. I arrive early and without fail, I'm there for at least two hours. Every time. No exaggeration. Then there's the co-pay situation. Annual physicals typically include lab work and a follow-up to review results. Benacare charges a co-pay for that follow-up, whether it's over the phone or in person, which feels questionable at best. There's no option for a simple nurse visit and no online portal to review your own results. So you're basically paying just to hear information that could easily be shared another way. And to top it off, their credit card machine is somehow always "down." Paying becomes its own ordeal. Multiple attempts, repeated card numbers, long holds. I've spent up to 30 minutes just trying to complete a payment over the phone. The whole experience feels inefficient, outdated, and unnecessarily frustrating.

Multiple occasions I went in for my appointment, even show up ten mins early & would be sitting for hour-hour and a half before even being seen.
