The mini fridge is somewhat cold, your frozen goods will defrost, but they have ice available, so you can keep stuff cold in your cooler. The room is also equipped with tiny microwave and iron with ironing board... The dining room style lamp hanging on one side of the bed, will give you headache after you bump it with your head every time you climb in bed or reach to the "nightstand", some USBports are broken, not enough of charging options. TV guide is the old-fashioned loop ... Air-condition makes strange noises,but after listening to it for 24 hours, you will get used to it and won't be surprised anymore. The water pressure of the faucet is inadequate, shower works OK, water is scolding hot. I would prefer to stay somewhere else next time. Environmental service employees are very nice and helpful, I thought that it is important to mention this! I had a staycation in Glen Mills and stayed for one night at this location. First off the gentleman working the front desk was beyond helpful and accommodating when I had an issue with my payment - gift card. He went above and beyond to take care of me and I really appreciated his help. The hotel was gorgeous - I loved the modern but still funky/ fun style and colors. I liked that there was a separate seating area from the bed and also desks and I appreciated the full size fridge and keurig in the room - although it wasn't used it was appreciated. I know these are generally for long stays and I will definitely have to keep them in mind when I'm staying longer because it would be perfect for that. The kitchenette is perfect for a short term stay and they even have hot plates available and tons of cooking supplies and serve ware and even a dishwasher! For my one night stay it felt very luxurious. They had a pool which looked nice and several fire pits and lounging outside (however they were not on and in the morning I found out they were out of service - there was also a dead bird next to it - eek) The breakfast left something to be desired of but I guess because you have almost a full kitchen the breakfast isn't that important but it was still a nice option! The booking process for our guests was easy, and having the option of getting suites allowed our guests with children and families to still have space and privacy. The indoor pool and breakfast were both terrific, and Denise and her team made sure our immensely over-complicated gift bag process was handled with grace and patience. The facilities were clean and located near plenty of things, and our guests were even able to chill in the lobby and have drinks and snacks post-wedding. We had an amazing, perfect wedding weekend, and Denise and her H2S family were a big part of the reason why. We will forever drive past and smile.

The walls were not well insulated at all. The gym was mediocre as well. It's in the same area as the laundry facility and was hot as all get out. When you walked back into the hallway, it was easily 10 degrees cooler. It didn't help that dryers from the laundry facility were going at the same time as we were in the gym. This probably contributed to it being so hot but then you need to turn the A/C down to account for that. I would not go out of my way to stay here again.

Upon arrival, there was an overwhelming air freshener scent that seemed to be masking another odor. The carpets had a lingering cigarette smell, the elevators were splattered with some kind of mysterious liquid, and worst of all, our room reeked of mildew. When I mentioned these issues to the staff, the only response I received was, "Sorry it didn't meet your expectations." This hotel is dirty, and staff is rude I would not recommend wasting your money -- especially for teams or group stays.

There was plenty of desk space and a small sofa with a computer desk. The bathroom was adequate. The view from the room was great. It was nice that we could see a high school rowing race one morning from our room. Breakfast is served downstairs. They had a pretty good offering of breakfast items. They had the usual items like scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. One of the mornings they served a smoked chicken for smoked chicken burritos. It was different and good. Along with these breakfast items, they also had coffee and juices. The gym is located on the first floor. They had sanitizing wipes to clean the machines before and after using the machines. A large screen tv was there for watching. Ellipticals and treadmills are available for you to use. It was enough for a good workout. The Homewood was a good hotel for me. Both my wife and I liked it. If in this area again, we would stay here again.
