We just came back from our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mazatlan and we were so impressed by the service and attention given to us. The staff at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and an early check in to our room which it was great! We were so tired from our long day of flying. We stayed 7 days and the staff varied during the stay but we want to give notice to Efrain, Alain, Ramon, Sylma and Elena! The check in process was really easy and they took care of everyday needs like getting an Iron to our room, dinner recommendations, etc. Our housekeeping lady Silvia was also very accommodating - the room was immaculate! We pretty much had the buffet breakfast every day which led us to interact with different waiters and staff like... Samantha -Cajera,Julieta - Cajera Andrés - mesero Daniela - egg station Gustavo - Mesero Juan Carlos - Mesero Paola - Dining Supervisor A special Thank You to the Food and Beverage Manager Marco for his amazing attention to detail. Also to our waiter Eduardo at the Don Joaquin Restaurant for going above and beyond with his service.
