And, after I was expecting an "after the holidays...". John was able to have someone here THE SAME DAY to give a free estimate...and from my description he thought they would be able to do the job right then. So my inquiry call became a job completed! A dreaded chore was gone in just a few hours...without any effort or stress for me. When the warm weather returns...and the cleaning/clearing out mood bites...I will only call Couser. Everyone I had contact with was efficient, courteous and helpful. And their rates are good, too. Everything is explained up front and followed with a text/email, so no surprises. Rob and Tevin called first and arrived as expected. After I agreed to their estimate, they removed that junk. When my job was completed, they contacted the office, then Bishop called me to be sure I was satisfied with the work, and then I paid with credit card over that call. They got the work done quickly but they have a guy with dreadlocks I think his name is Robert he is a shady character. Now I can't prove anything but something came up missing from my home I didn't know until my son told me a couple days later and Mr.Robert was the only one in the house for the free estimate they offer. Once again I can't prove anything. He also offered me a deal saying he could do the job for half the estimate if I paid cash and he would cancel me with the office and that should stay between me and him. I turned it down because that's stealing trying to be a better person and something still came up missing from my home. read more

He picked up the phone when I called, gave me an outline on how the process worked, schedule a time for a free estimate, and answered all of my questions. He had a team arrive at my house the following Monday (very fast- only three days after calling him)! The team was professional and did a great job when they arrived. The work that the guys (Henry and 3 guys) did was great. I would hire them for the another job. They brought 1 truck and trailer which they decided was not large enough for the job and sent for a larger truck and trailer. They worked tirelessly removing junk from our basement and back yard. There were large pieces such as a chest freezer they had to remove the lid from and a sleeper sofa they had to separate from the bed before removing. We also had a dismantled pool that was removed along with other pool hoses, ladder, etc. For the work that they did, we feel that the price was very reasonable. They did take a credit card which made the transaction very easy and a receipt was emailed to us within 5 minutes. read more
