The lady was insanely lazy. I asked for more pressure, she could not be bothered. She would lightly massage my back for 30 seconds, walk out and talk to one of the girls for 2 minutes, and repeated that for a good beginning portion of my massage. It was so unprofessional and such a rip off. Her massaging had no skill to it. She pretty much just applied oil all over my back and made a light circular motion that someone at the beach can do if you ask them to put sunblock in your back. Then she spent a good 5 min wiping the oil off which again was a ploy to not have to actually do any massaging. I am even more tense now than I am before I walked in there. Every1 offer massage, reflexology, reiki and counselling services. I have little experience with the other services that they offer, but I decided to have a few reiki sessions after I suffered a bit of an injury at martial arts training. I was impressed with the service, and time was given to explain the process to me and make sure I was comfortable with it. The practitioner and I had a good conversation while we were in the session, and I can see how people would be comfortable with the counselling. As for the reiki itself, well it worked as well as the previous sessions with my ex. You can call it nonsense or whatever you like, but I suggest having a few sessions to see what its all about. If you don't want to believe after that then that's fine.

Now an actual shop/parlour the experience has lost nothing of its charm, and has stuck it out in a shopping centre where similar businesses have been and gone. Massages are great, affordable and costs are per area. Though there is a sort of massage menu, packages are quickly tailored to the individual needs of each client, and level of pressure can be negotiated throughout the experience, but is generally only required at the commencement of the massage as they work out your desired level pretty quickly. Ha's offers a couple of other treatments not that common to shopping centre massage parlours which include ear candling and lymphatic massage. Personally, I think ear-candling is bull honky, but having it done at Ha's was a pleasant enough experience and safe although involving fire. The day I had lymphatic massage on my face I was feeling a bit ill going in, and I felt this massage really helped and I left Ha's as I always do, feeling better.

The staff were friendly, if a little overfriendly and very smiley - which I guess you can decide for yourself is a good thing or not. They also offer services in reflexology, oil massage and ear candling which I have always wanted to try but don't know if I would be game enough to!
