One unfortunate day I decided to wear my favourite white winter coat with my GAP indigo rinse jeans. By the end of the day, large swaths of my coat had indigo dye on it . Tragedy! *sings ABBA style* I decided to try out Couture Cleaners as they supposedly clean higher end clothes, AND I found a group deal coupon for $100 worth of drycleaning for $30. They picked up my white coat and another trench coat from my building concierge, and were able to deliver them back to my work when they promised. The white coat has NEVER looked cleaner. AND they replaced a missing button on my trench coat which I hadn't even supplied and matches perfectly! I'd definitely go back if I had to clean an expensive garment or salvage some much loved piece of my wardrobe, but the prices are way too expensive for this to be my day-to-day cleaner. $45 for knee length jackets/coats.Delivery and pickup included, but only between 9-5pm on weekdays. read more

After 20 years of being a client my recent experience has been horrible. A vintage Matsuda jacket that has only been attended by this cleaner has been trashed by them without my witness . After repeated attempts to pick up my jacket I was told the owner would call not so , eventually I called to be told colour ran jacket trashed worthless . No accountability terrible read more

I recently brought in a custom made corset, along with some other vintage and structured lingerie for cleaning. I was nervous, given the expensive and delicate nature of the garments, but they did an excellent job. They're a bit pricier than your usual cleaners, but well-worth the piece of mind. I also appreciated that they didn't stick safety pins in the fabric to affix the dry cleaning label, like most places do. Ive always hated that practice as it puts minuscule hoes in some fabrics. read more

I will never return to couture cleaners for both their poor service and lousy staff. After a previous bad experience with a local low end dry cleaner I contacted couture and was personally guaranteed by the owner that I would love them and their services were to be top notch. For several months I was more then satisfied with the quality of cleaning; until recently a very expensive designer sweat shirt was near ruined having a large potion of the dark colour removed. The owner agued with me via telephone about the fabrication of the garment and threatened to hang up on me. After visiting him in store we (like mature adults) reached an agreement and a credit was applied to my account for the cleaning; while the sweater was still defected I took this as a loss. The only reason I returned to Couture was because of this credit. Upon recently picking up my latest cleaning (the first since the incident) I discovered that my account was automatically charged a service they had never done before and that I did not ask to have done. I told the man (someone new I had never seen before) that I didn't authorize that but it was OKAY and I just wanted my credit applied from my previous incident. WELL. He continued to tell me that there was no credit, and that I would have to call back on Monday, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't have time for me and left someone else working to deal with me because "he had a customer on the phone" and as he turns the corner he murmred "go F*** yourself"! My jaw dropped I was in SHOCK, the new person I was dealing with would not help me or answer any questions. He also implied that I said those words stating "I heard YOU say that" I will NEVER return to couture, they are angry miserable people who do a poor job and should not be trusted with anything high end. They talk the talk - and with such a high price tag I would have expected MUCH better. Onto Creeds now. read more

We were visiting from Los Angles and needed a suit pressed in 1 day. Timing was not up to clerk's assurances and suit was finally delivered. Cost was almost as much as buying a new suit! I was not nearly as impressed with them as they are with themselves! read more

Found out that their delivery guy is incredibly rude. He was rude to two different concierges in my building.

they are not cheap, but they are very good and their customer service is excellent. delivery guy was very accommodating and friendly. recommended if you're looking to properly maintain high quality garments so that you plan on wearing for a long time. read more

I had a high end ski jacket in here for cleaning the other day. As has been mentioned numerous times these guys are not the cheapest, but the job they do is incredible. My jacket literally, literally looks brand new. I would consider this $50 incredibly well spent. read more

Amazing service. Took a skirt in to be hemmed and the lady greeted me very nicely and although high demand, was able to promptly get the job done in less than 24 hours. The man and woman working there were very nice and accommodating to me and I had to go to many places before them who could not complete the service in 24 hours or less. Would recommend this dry cleaners as the hemming was perfect, staff was very personable and service was very professional. Well done. read more

I brought a pair of shorts here that I accidentally spilled melted butter on. I tried washing the stain out with Shout, Spray n wash, etc. but the stain looked exactly the same. I thought for sure the stain wasn't coming out. I brought my shorts to Couture to see if they could save my shorts. A few days later I got my shorts back with no trace of the stain. Very professional service. Had a rather spendy suit drycleaned. It had 6-month old salt stains and they're completely gone. The suit looks new again. Not cheap service but on expensive items, there's no reason to skimp. I'm very pleased and woud happy trust my nicer items to Couture. read more
