I find the staff there to be very friendly and helpful and they do a great job at a reasonable price. I have started using them for work related work which they are more suited for as they are a dry cleaning plant more than a store. Again their work has been exceptional and they have their trucks that will pick up and deliver when the volume of business warrants it. They have been very accommodating to my special requests and last minute requests. They are one of those companies that provide you service with a personal touch.

Then when I went back to pickup my shirts and drop off a pair of pants they charged me again for the shirts and refused to return my money saying that my receipt was never signed as paid. They went on to say that it was my fault that I didn't ask for a paided signature from them. I asked how I was supposed to know how their business works since it was my first time. They were persistent that they would not be refunding me my money. So I took my pants and left being charged $6.21 twice for my shirts. To make matters worse, I returned home to find my white shirt ruined with a noticeable burn mark on the sleeve below the elbow. Went back again to the store and they refused to compensate me for the shirt. They said it must have been like that when I brought it into them and tried to say my burn which says obviously a burn was a stain and not a burn. I didn't bother dragging out the argument. And left feeling utterly helpless and ripped off. Do yourselves a favour, if you value your clothes don't deal with this company

I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service). Compare this to the $50 at Stitch It in the mall that I paid about 7 years ago, to hem a cheap polyester dress! This shop will now be my go-to in the area for alterations and dry cleaning.

The result.... was terrible and they even tried to blame me cause the pants material was too thin. I insisted for a refund as the workmanship was so terrible and that I would need to bring the pants elsewhere to get done. The owner kept insisting that she wants to try again but I did not want my pants ruined here... The multiple operations they run in there ... just try to do one and do it well...
