Great shop. It's much larger on the inside than I expected. She has a huge selection of designer purses and racks of shoes as well. The owner was very knowledgeable and professional. The bag I purchased was in pristine condition and she even showed me how to care/clean for the bag as well as the authenticity stamp.

Stopped in today, on a Saturday, there were a lot of customers (which is always a good sign)...Even with the amount of people, the owners were very attentive. Great selection of high-end designer handbags (I'm an LV kind of girl, they had a ton! I have my eye on a couple, but I was there to sell). I usually sell my handbags online, but decided to try a local consignment shop. I picked this one based on the reviews. So happy I did! If you are looking to purchase a preloved designer handbag and/or designer shoes, sell or consign check them out. I was pleasantly surprised!

I am so glad I finally stopped to see what was in this consignment shop, but my wallet is sorry that I did! I had a wonderful experience with the owner and found like new designer pieces that I will treasure. If you are looking for quality designer bags, make sure you check them out!

I stopped in Couture with my mom during a shopping trip with my mom, and it was my favorite of the several places we stopped! There was a huge variety from designer to vintage, and the whole shop was FULL of really unique pieces. I have been to all sorts of vintage, consignment, second hand stores and I found the selection and quality of items remarkable. Couture is definitely a spot to go if you are in the market for something special and unique. The owner, Sandra, was very friendly and stylish, and clearly is discerning in choosing items for her shop. All in all, two thumbs up! I can't wait to come back to Ft. I've been going to Couture Upscale Consignment since about 2009. I live in Boca now and have gone to consignment shops in Boca and some in Miami and South Beach. But the designer bags here are the nicest. The owners, Sondra and Tomas are the nicest people! They examine every bag, wallet, belt, sunglasses for proof of authenticity. Besides being able to buy confidently, the selection is great and the items are in great shape. The prices are also very fair. I have bought numerous items to sell and I get a check even when I've forgotten about what I left. I just bought a great Celine bag that is still sold, and couldn't be happier. read more

This consignment shop has a HUGE selection of designer bags, luggage, accessories, wallets, clothing and shoes. Te designers range from coach, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, YSL, Jimmy Choo, and so much more. The owners and staff are super friendly and very very helpful. I was shopping for a gift for my wife and they gave me their honest opinions and were helpful in showing me items that worked with my budget. Considering what these items go for new the prices are great for what it is. Over half the cost of what it would retail for and everything is in great shape!! I can not say enough about the owners and employees. I am younger and typically when people see that they do not care to help you thinking that you will not spend the money. These people were over the top friendly offering food and drink even. I will definately be back if I am in the area ( I am from out of state). read more

I visited this store while visiting the area and it is just the best. I love vintage Louis Vuitton, and Sandra let me fawn over every little piece. Even though I only bought the smallest thing they had, she treated me like a special customer and I feel like I have a new friend in Ft. Lauderdale now! This boutique has a great selection of top designer brands for excellent prices! What a great find. There's mostly women's items but also some men's items. Most are like new or new and the bag selection is top notch. This is the best shoppe that I have found with the best designers at the best prices and the owners are super nice people and will help you with anything you need. My sons mother and I live in Fort Lauderdale and when passing this great upscale shop we try to stop by. Over the last few years she has filled her closet with lots of incredible buys. The regular racks have great deals but be sure to have a look at the clearance racks. There might be an item or two that are fantastic at ridiculous prices. We've purchased all different top designer brands in clothes and also purchased a larger size Louis Vuitton bag, both at a great prices. I'd say we've been there at least 20 times or more over the last 4 years and almost always come out with bags of goods or at least something. The owners are super nice. Highly recommended! read more

Sparing you a lot of the details, I received an invite to a private fundraiser party hosted by drag queens. As it was it was for a good cause and because I'm an "easy Marq" as a financial contributor for such events I would of course attend. But seeing how the hosts were financially sponsoring everything involved, I thought it appropriate to bring them some little token party favor gift in appreciation. But what to get them would be the question, as I have no experience with drag. That is, however, setting aside a long 1962 event when, as a college fraternity pledge, my brothers along with our next door sorority sisters dressed me to arrive as the blind of the interfraternity president in order to make him the humiliated laughing stock of an interfraternity garden party as being stuck with a "blind date from hell." LOL! Anyway, I found Illusions Boutique to be loaded with all sorts of things from dresses to large sized (men's size 12) high heel shoes, wigs, makeup, various drag looking accessories and small gift items. The small gift items I selected were some fragranced rainbow colored soap bars which were custom made not only in gay rainbow colors but in varying select fragrances by a person here in Lauderdale. Overall it turned out to be a very pleasant shopping experience and the store clerk couldn't have been more helpful, charming and polite. So, should you ever find yourself in need of drag queen apparel or such other drag related items, I can highly recommend Illusion Boutique

I went here while I was in town for work last week and was VERY disappointed. I was really looking forward to coming here too, and I cant help but very extremely regretful spending money there and will never go back. Same with my family, friends, colleagues and everyone else who will listen. I walked around the store multiple times and made it very obvious that I was interested in some pieces but the owner would not pay any attention to us and just kept a conversation with another customer about how much they hate Black Lives Matter. Matter of fact I quote the owner saying "I hate them" and "All lives matter" and they continue to share stories of theft and bad people, assuming all crimes are conducted by people of color not once ever thinking that white people commit more heinous and petty crimes than any other race, and some crimes all races combined. I really wished I did not support his business but as a person of color I almost felt the need to prove to him that we have money and business too, AKA I'M NOT BROKE. I am back in town this week again for work with money to spend and found two GREAT stores I would 10000% return to next- Designer Consigner and Uptown Cheapskate (the girls are soooooo friendly!) Walked away with Manolo's, Valentino's, Versace, Fendi, Alexander McQueen, Moschino's, All Saints just to name a few... it was such a good haul! BLACK LIVES MATTER! read more

Not only are they clean, well-organized and super easy to find, but the selection of clothing and shoes and purses and accessories is AMAZING!!!
