The front grass was in serious need of weed and feed. When we requested a meeting with the owner, Chris, to have a walkthrough to rectify the situation, he declined to meet in person. This made us feel that our business was not valued. Fortunately, we did have a amicable termination of service. They rarely responded to any communication and has never once picked up the phone when I have called. They called it harassment, but it was negligence. They had the audacity to say that what set Vista apart was their communication skills. I understand that pools are in high demand, but they needs to learn how to manage client expectations. I'm sure business is good right now, but long term relationship management is how you make through the lean times. I have had extensive renovations and contract work on my house over the years. This was the worst experience I have even had. Very disappointed. The crew and foreman were excellent, the management was terrible.

I got a call morning of saying that they wouldn't be able to make it until the following day. I had to go back to work on 3/8/24 and therefore wasn't able to be home for the tree removal. My property was damaged and no compensation was offered. Palm fronds were left in both my yard and my neighbor's yard and the foreman flicked cigarette butts in my yard. I had 5 concrete pavers in my backyard break due to their mishandling. They stated that one paver was already broken prior to them beginning the work which I find highly unlikely. You can see in the images that when the branch fell it broke clean crack lines into the pavers. Blake argued with me about it instead of offering a solution or compensation. 0/10 recommend.
