How do you piss off a customer, by telling them you are too busy doing other work to quote them after 6 weeks of waiting. I can only imagine they just don't want to work with us, I just wish they would have told us so we could have moved on. Even after emailing him back to say, thanks but we are no longer interested in doing business, he never even responded with as much as 'I am sorry I disappointed you'. We have now hired a different company and within 3 weeks, we had a quote and the job done........at $2,500 less then LL quoted 2 years ago.
