After being set up with Curtis Galvez who was supposed to be taking care of us after refusing to be serviced by another of their employees who we had the same issues with, we had hope that finally we were working with someone who was responsive and responsible. After yet another spring of not getting things done, not getting quotes, we finally said these people don't care about us or our business. How do you piss off a customer, by telling them you are too busy doing other work to quote them after 6 weeks of waiting. I can only imagine they just don't want to work with us, I just wish they would have told us so we could have moved on. Even after emailing him back to say, thanks but we are no longer interested in doing business, he never even responded with as much as 'I am sorry I disappointed you'. We have now hired a different company and within 3 weeks, we had a quote and the job done........at $2,500 less then LL quoted 2 years ago.

Posting for my aunt. I hired this company to remove several…read moretrees from my property and even paid an additional $500 to have five stumps ground down. The tree removal itself was excellent, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. Despite taking my money for the stump grinding, the work has never been completed. I've made repeated attempts to contact them, but my calls have been completely ignored. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of honoring the agreement or even providing the courtesy of a response. Now I'm forced to pay someone else to finish a job I already paid this company to do. If you can't complete the work you were hired and paid to perform, you shouldn't be taking customers' money in the first place. I no longer want excuses--I want my $500 refunded so I can hire a company that actually follows through on its commitments. Unreliable & unprofessional!…read more Recommended by a friend who had used them before so I had high hopes. An employee came out in October and gave a decent quote for removal and stump grinding. Told them that timing wasn't critical as we were closing down the cottage for the season. Had some follow up communication to indicate that Miss Dig had been out and requested photos when the job was complete. Got confirmation that this would be done. Fast forward to the following May and the job was never completed! I texted the employee I originally dealt with and got no response. A few days later I called the main number and spoke to the owner (Myles). I explained the situation and he indicated that he had issues with the employee and seemed sincerely concerned that the job hadn't been scheduled or completed. He offered to come out that afternoon or the next day to look at the job to reassess. He never showed up and won't answer or return follow-up calls. Although I wouldn't be happy, I could at least respect them if they decided to decline the job and let me know. I was ghosted instead! Contacted another local company and had the work completed within 36 hours at a slightly better price. Don't waste your time with Tree Timber Services- they may or may not actually do the job...
