They insisted on starting the job in November when I requested it wait till spring due to an early cold snap. Their crew consisted of 1 person that they just hired and of course our house was the first one he worked on. There was no oversight of him and no one came out to until I made multiple complaints regarding the work and the fact he was trying to work in temperatures well below freezing with snow and ice down. Their excuse was they felt sorry for him and gave him the job. They let him go and went after his insurance to recover some of their outlay of payment. Siding keeps falling off the house,window and door trim is a mess both the vinyl and aluminum is separating,falling off and bowing. They did not fit the aluminum trim around the windows properly, filled the large gaps with caulking. BEWARE!! They claim to stand behind their work but they don't return calls, make promises they will be out and never show up or call.

They were paid 90% with balance due on completion. We should have not have been that generous. This spring we discovered over half the job wasn't matted as weeds have permeated the entire area. Still very open to having them make this right and updating this review. Response to SL&R: This doesn't explain why over half the job in the front yard didn't get matted but did get mulch. It is clearly visible where the matting stops and the weeds begin. Also doesn't explain the disappearance and lack of follow up communication. Still open to you making this right.
