LOOK AGAIN! 2500. DEDUCTIBLE!! Talk about wanting to cry!!! We talked to SO MANY PPL that would be over to give us an estimate, no one showed. So frustrating! We have dealt with contractors in the past, but we will NEVER choose another company until we call Owens! HE dealt with the insurance co!! He did!! We thought we were going to have to hire a public something to get the tree and roof taken down, they took care of all the leg work. They were here and done AND CLEANED UP in one afternoon and even went above and beyond by putting a much needed vent in the roof!! ( we have a feral cat that we care for and she lives in the garage all winter... it gets a little stinky in there). We had to put a new roof on our house this summer and I wish we had known about them earlier! But they matched the garage perfectly! In fact the garage looks nicer than the bazillion dollar one we purchased! To be honest, I wish I knew about them a few years ago!!! I wonder if they repair porches and decks... So many "storm chaser" roofers came into our neighborhood and spent a lot of time here through next year advertising door to door, but Durst came with the highest recommendations from home owners that had done work with them prior to the storm. I have nothing but the best things to say about Dustin and his team. They were prompt, worked fast and did quality work. Even a few years later, they still come out to the edges of their service area for service calls after severe winter weather. I've yet to see any of those "storm chaser" companies back in our neighborhood to service their previous customers since roofs were installed. Had shingles blown off the roof of a pole building and was originally going to pay for the whole…read morething out of pocket. Got 4 estimates from 5 star reviewed companies, and Revival had the best price. Then a friend said insurance may pay for it, so I filed a claim. Insurance adjuster only wanted to repair the roof. Revival said the existing shingle is no longer made, so they should pay for the whole roof. Insurance adjuster had Revival remove a shingle and insurance company sent it out to see if shingles were available. Adjuster said they still make the shingle and said a place in Akron sells the shingle. Revival went to Akron twice to get the allegedly matching shingle, but when placed on the roof next to the existing shingle, the difference was night and day. Not anywhere close to matching. After 3 months, the insurance company finally agreed to pay for the whole roof to be re-shingled. Revival came 2 days later and put a new roof on in one day. Revival's patience and perseverance in dealing with the insurance company saved me thousands of dollars. I was willing to pay out of pocket because I knew the singles were old and needed replaced before the storm blew shingles off the roof. They could've just took the cash and saved themselves the hassle of dealing with my insurance company that just kept making them jump thru more hoops, but they didn't because the insurance is supposed to pay for claims like mine. I appreciate them going above and beyond to get my roof claim paid.

Meaning all vinyl siding without brick or stone, windows were low grade quality and the inside was boring. No crown molding or fireplace, Things like that. It seemed like he was more focused on the drainage system outside of the home etc. Also the price was 30,000 over what we wanted to spend. We ended up building with another custom builder who listened to our wants and needs.
