I tried to order a simple grill cover on June 20, for a 36" grill from a large company. Covers & All offered similar quality for a lower price than the brand-name option. Delivery was scheduled for July 3. They didn't start production till July 2 (twelve days after placing the order), according to their updates. New delivery date was July 9. When it didn't arrive, I inquired and learned it was still 4 days away from shipping, and another 7 days after that. All total, it would take 4 weeks to receive a simple, standard-size cover. I attempted to cancel and get a refund. They refused. When I insisted, they said I could cancel and they'd refund 40% of my order. In other words, extremely slow service, indifferent customer support people (who are not US-based, if that matters to you), and they wanted 60% of the purchase price to cancel the order. This is insane. Please consider other vendors. I decided to pony up for the brand-name cover. It will arrive in 3 days. Covers & All have a nice website that implies trustworthiness and professionalism. It is a shiny coat of paint on a lemon. read more

I placed a custom order for two couch cushions May 30th. Original ship date was June 22nd, then revised to June 29th. Now (July 16th) website says "In production", delivery date still says June 29th. I called today. Was told there has been a problem sourcing materials but it will ship Monday (today is Thursday). It felt like a brush off. BTW, company is not in US, Canada, UK... whichever website you use. They are based in India but choose to hide this fact. For what that's worth. Lots of negative reviews with similar problems online (including complaints about being blocked from reviewing on website or negative reviews being removed from website). So far terrible. I ordered in late May and was estimated my order (which had multiple items) was set to arrive between 6/19-6/25. 6/25 came and went and my order hadn't shipped. I contacted them and they said it would ship within 3-5 days. It's now 7/1. Still hasn't shipped. I contacted them again and was told there was a backlog and that my order will now ship 7/6. I said this was unacceptable. The lady cancelled the chat on me after offering me a measly 5% refund for my trouble. Re-engaged the chat. Now it's 7/7 for shipment. An absolutely terrible company! Please do not order from them. They have delayed our order multiple times and our order was deleted from our account. When we called, they said the product was out of stock. We requested a cancellation and refund as we could not trust them at this point. They offered a 15 % discount if we continued with the order assuring us that it would be in production in a few days. We foolishly took the offer but a week passed and still no order had been processed. We called multiple times and sent emails to cancel only to be met with additional suggestions that we could switch to a new "upgraded" fabric for no extra charge. I was ask to video the cover on the car and send to Devin Smith customer support person. It's obvious that for the cover to not fit over my car because it's too small wrong specs were used making it . I originally ask for return and refund of item and was told they would make me new cover that will fit . I said ok that's all I want is a correct cover for my make and model . Then Devon proceeds to say since it wasn't a production error I need to pay more money for new cover. I'm thinking if I put in correctly the model year and make when I ordered the cover and it doesn't fit , all I did was take what was sent to me and put it on , how is it not production error but blame put on me . Back and forth for week now and get automated messages saying if I pay for another one , this time it will be correct and fit, just absurd that they would want me to pay again and trust this time what I get will fit . Do that means obviously in production on first cover the model and year and make were incorrectly placed in system to make the cover , because common sense if production didn't screw up the first cover would have got perfect. Avoid Cover & All - My Worst Online Shopping Experience I placed an order with Cover & All in early May 2026 for custom outdoor cushions. After receiving part of my order, I immediately noticed that two of the cushions had been manufactured incorrectly. The zippers had been installed on the wrong side, making the black zippers fully visible on my beige cushions instead of being hidden as shown in the approved design. My first experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they initially insisted that the cushions had been made according to the design I had approved. After several exchanges, they finally admitted that the error was theirs and, on June 2, promised to remake and ship the two replacement cushions. That is when the endless excuses began. At the end of June, I contacted them for an update. I was told that my replacements would be "pushed into production quickly" and that I would receive a tracking number within 4-5 business days. I never received anything. From that point on, every time I contacted customer service, I received the same generic response: "Please allow another 4-5 business days. We will send your tracking number shortly." This went on for weeks. On July 15, after waiting for more than two months with no shipment and no tracking information, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Ironically, on July 16, Cover & All contacted me once again promising that the cushions would ship within 4-5 business days. Here we are at the end of July, and I still have not received the replacements. Customer service was, without question, one of the worst I have ever experienced. Every email came from a different representative, no one appeared to know the history of my case, and the same scripted promises were repeated over and over without any action. Although the company presents itself as being based in Toronto, Canada, my experience suggested that the customer service and production process were handled elsewhere, making communication and accountability extremely frustrating. As for the product itself, the quality is average at best and certainly not worth the premium price. Yes, they offer custom-made products, but custom manufacturing only has value if the company actually follows the approved drawings and specifications. What frustrated me the most was that they initially tried to blame me for their manufacturing mistake before eventually admitting it was their error. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded me, but I am still left with two incorrectly manufactured cushions featuring highly visible black zippers on beige fabric. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cover & All. What a total disaster this company is. Believe the hundreds of one-star reviews here. I couldn't even get to the order phase because their pre-sales support is laughably horrible. They only respond to their contact form on their website, and if you respond with the information they request (which in my case, they had requested and been provided already) they go silent. I even tried emailing their CEO, Nishant, to try to get someone who could help me order the specific cushions I wanted, and no response from him either. If you go on their website, they are trying to hire just about every position, including customer service leads. This is clearly a company that has not effectively managed growth, not trained and staffed appropriately, and has not scaled their customer service or sales staff to support their business. And who is their business? They sell direct to major retailers like Target etc. I'm just trying to order 10 cushions - I am nothing to them compared to trying to service Amazon, Target, and it shows in their complete lack of response during the sales funnel. Purchased two covers for brand new patio side tables. Placed the covers on the tables and a few days later the finish was ruined on the table top. I asked for them to replace the tables and they refused. I asked them to then send upgraded replacement covers and refund me for the original covers ( the refund would not even cover the cost of one table replacement let alone two) they also refused. They offered to send me new covers OR a refund. I'm not sure in what world it makes sense to put new replacement covers on ruined tables. The irony that the very product that was supposed to protect the table was the thing that ruined it. I hope it was worth the $41 to lose a customer that's been ordering from you since 2023. This company originally called itself "Covers & All US." Once people realized that their products come from India, they removed the "US" part and proclaim they're "designed" in the US. I'm pretty sure all that means is the web site where you enter the measurements yourself is hosted in the US. That said, the fabric I wanted didn't offer the option for full webbed edging, while the cheaper fabric did. So I sent a message through their web form asking about it and received an autoreply that I would hear in two days. It took two weeks for a reply where they said I should have called (I guess because they don't assign ANY importance to web site contacts). They said all screens can be ordered with it, but the option still wasn't available on the site. Since we have high winds, I opted for the lesser material because it offered the webbing. I entered the exact measurements for the "custom" covers I needed for my steel fence corners to keep my kitties corralled, mindful of the caution that there can be a 1"-2" variance. But these are "custom." You would think "custom" meant a human being is reading the order, measuring it out, and taking professional care. Ah, but we're transmitting the order to India, so... The screens arrived---later than stated---after a world tour that even included Italy. And yes, they are too wide and too long, and they couldn't be arsed to space the grommets evenly. The quality control is pretty poor. I got the webbing all around, though! Woohoo! (sarcasm) I either have to poke holes and create stress points in the fabric to make them fit but destroy the structural integrity, or see if a looser screen can still keep the kitties in the yard--they won't poke and pull looking for gaps. I guess I can put the one intended for the narrower fence on the wider one, but that still leaves me without one for the narrow fence. All told, this was a complete waste of time and money. When I provided my feedback and opened a ticket, the response from "Bob Victors" was dismissive, saying, in part, "We have reviewed all the details. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify any fabrication error as the screens are fabricated as per the order confirmation." Um... no, they aren't. read more

There's a reason why so many users are giving this company 1 star. Maybe in the past, it was a good company, but based on my phone interactions with the representatives, it was an absolutely horrible experience! I spoke with several representatives, who exhibited the same delaying tactics and round-about opaque answering. All I tried to do was get some simple measurement dimensions for the BBQ island before ordering a cover, which is easy enough to do online. But if you enter a date, it'll match the date in India, not the United States time zone, so the application scheduled me for Tuesday, though I wanted Monday for the appt. I was texted my Job#, so I called the company @ 1800-260-2829 to try to change the date (beats me why I can't change the appt date online). These representatives all gave me the run-around, asking the same questions over and over, and putting you on hold and disappearing inexplicably several times without ever addressing why I can't change a simple scheduled appt for doing some measurements. These simple interactions were so unpleasant that I'm not sure whether I can even trust their products. read more

I placed an order for 3 simple RV cushions on May 22nd 2026. On June 9th I received 1 tufted back cushion and nothing else. I called the company and they stated the rest of my order would be shipped in 5 days. This started an every 5 day call to them and I got the same answer time and time again. Their agents must have been have instructed to flat out lie to customers about the status of their order. After listening to their excuses clear into July I notified my CC company and had a dispute set up on the last 2 cushions that I never got. Finally I received an email stating my cushions would be delivered on July 13th. When they didn't show up on the 13th I called and was told since I had placed a hold on the money my covers had been stopped before they were made. So even though they were supposed to be delivered the 13th the gentleman on the phone let slip they had not even been made yet. I told him that as soon as I received the cushions I would have the money released to them. After all it was going on 2 months since the order was made. He said that was against company policy and they would not make and ship my covers until the money was released. So at this point my only choice was to contact my CC company and dispute the one cushion they did send as it is a fabric unique to them and no one else uses it. Stay away from this company. Their call center folks read from a script and have the exact same response every time you call and ask. 2 months is not a reasonable timeframe to make 2 cushions. read more

As of my 4th call, I am told a new delivery date each time I call and those dates come and pass. There is no good faith or realistic expectation or estimate evidenced. I did receive one item in my order within a reasonable time period (a simple table cover) but it's been over 6 weeks since my order was placed and I'm still receiving a run around. "it's a backlog", "it's unexpected", "it will ship in a week". I've followed up with them each week and same response. I never have had direct communication from them. Sad a company in 2026 can't reasonably set expectations on when placed orders will be shipping. All their customer service is in India, I was told after a 3-4 call about this order that a supervisor would call me back in 4-6 hours. Never happened. They sent the lower end fabric (CoverRite) and then refused to refund me the difference in the cost, citing their inability to make my custom fire pit cover in the material I ordered despite their web site permitting me to process the order. We've been happy with all three custom covers they've made for us including a 7' diameter cover for a large marble outdoor dinner table; another for a hammock that they modified from their basic picnic table design and, most recently, one for our large outdoor grill. The quality is high, the customer service is maddening. And the price is right. Breakdown of stars: 5 for the covers themselves minus 1.5 for the customer service. Since Yelp doesn't do half-star reviews, rounded up to 4 for the low price/high quality. Please keep in mind you're not dealing with Janus et Cie, our original high-end, service-oriented cover vendor who would literally charge $1,000+ for that huge table cover. So, if you can muster the patience to deal with their poor customer service, hopefully you'll be as happy with the results as we are (and we have high standards.) PS Covers and All and their employees are in India. Don't know why they use a virtual address and phone number in the state of Georgia. I purchased a set of blinds for 2247.72 and once they arrived I discovered the side channel was not the correct style for the blinds that were sent. I contacted customer service just to be told I need to send pictures and then videos of what was wrong. I did everything they asked and have been trying to get them to fix this issue just to be ignored by customer service. I now have blinds that look incomplete since the side channels will not fit. I would advise anyone considering this company to think twice since they do not stand behind any mistake they make and once you get the product incorrect you will be ignored until you finally give up and go away. Ordered was a straight edge Triangle shade 249''x169"x108, Invoice COV1016646258. When received, see attachment* it was not a straight edge triangle and had on the tag of the shade taffeta label has COV1657563/1. Different from on the COV on my Invoice. They said being the measurements from the three D-rings were correct, it was not on there end, but the created a useless triangle shade anyway. Total area of triangle was cut in half with two long 3 inch ends to create the triangle size requested. See nowhere here I can attach a photo. So, I was super skeptical ordering new patio covers and inserts from here. I found mixed reviews on different sites. I paid around $160 for two custom sized chairs (Back and bottom cushions). They arrived after about 2.5 weeks, PERFECT fit and decent quality for the price. The pads are slightly thinner because they come vacuum sealed, hopefully they fluff out a little bit. The color looks nice two. I thought for sure this was going to be a scam or they would be wrong sizes. I think I will be ordering more in the future. Beige Cushion Rite fabric on these. If the seats dont fluff out fully I will just order thicker inserts, but I dont expect to have to. Overall stoked on these. Everywhere else seems to be super high priced. read more

Exceptional Customer Service and Quality! I purchased a custom cover for my island grill for about $490, and the product arrived with a standard ventilation panel on the back. This ventilation feature wasn't included in the specifications I had reviewed and approved, so I contacted customer service for clarification. They immediately explained that the ventilation is a standard design used to prevent moisture buildup and mold -- which makes complete sense. Still, without any hesitation or pushback, they offered to send me a replacement cover without the ventilation, exactly as I wanted. They keep telling you they want to resolve your issue with multiple requests ignoring all your detailed explanations and photos. There customer service seem to be trained to drain your patience. They are not serious. The final design and dimensions are sent in USA and product is made in India. I recently ordered custom length sunshades. The website includes a sketch and instructions for how to provide measurements. All measurements indicate hanger point to hanger point NOT the required length of the sunshade. It was not clear, but they will only deduct length IF you buy the hanging hardware through their website. The delivered product was larger than the provided dimensions and it was at this point I learned they do not account for the hanging hardware if you do not purchase through the website. The "accessories" aka hardware to hang the sunshade wasn't even available when I purchased the sunshades. When I discussed these issues, I was told "we manufactured per your approved sketches" and they advised I should purchase two new sunshades. So, to summarize, the instructions are poor and confusing. The quality is poor because they didn't even it make it to the dimensions I had specified. Those dimensions are too large because of the poor measurement instruction they provide. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake, do anything to help make it right and to top it off they asked that I buy new sunshades from them! I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. read more

This was my 4th order from this company (so I obviously liked their work, but this was the first CUSTOM cover for me (for an unusually shaped hanging egg chair). IT WAS PERFECT!!! FAR BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. The fabric is of the highest quality. The fit is perfect. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I'm sure I will be back for more. OF NOTE: Before making the cover, their designers wrote to me three times: once to request additional measurements; once to request a photo of the uncovered chair; and finally, an actual "mockup" for my approval. I loved the mockup, and the finished cover came out looking exactly as promised. It took a while to get the cover (three weeks as opposed to their usual one week), but all of that time was spent making sure that my cover fit perfectly. I will be back for more! read more
