My wife and I proceeded to drive 25+/- miles (about an hour drive) to the store, to Find a Sign on the Front Door that stated: If Locked, come to Back Door, when we arrived at the back door, another sign said if Locked, call 678-471-5501 which I did. A lady answered as she was driving back from Florida and informed me that was a warehouse, not a place for customers to visit. Be careful, don't waste your time driving miles and miles and spending hours in Atlanta traffic to attempt to buy Carpet, LVT & LVP from a company that advertises multiple locations but has only one location. There are way toooooooooooooooooo many flooring companies in metro Atlanta for this crap. Finding a carpet company in Atlanta is as easy as finding a Waffle House, except Waffle House is open to customers and not employees are rude on the phone.

He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Let's start with the good - he did get most of the stains out and did a great job tightening up our carpet. He was also on time and easy to communicate with. The not-so-good: the main thing that irked me was that he put our furniture on top of our other furniture. This includes an air purifier that was on the dirty floor of our bedroom which was moved to be on top of our clean bed. He also put our tables on top of our couches. Not the cleanest method to clean. When I've hired Stanley Steamer before they come with 2 guys who move all the heavy furniture around and place everything on these pad-looking things. They never put things on top of things. They also ask you to move the smaller things out of the way. Also, he also wasn't able to get out of a couple of minor stains. I'd say he was about as expensive as Stanley Steamer, but not as effective. All and all, he was a nice guy but his methodology is questionable.

After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.
