Also, the smile on her face was not fake but exhibited great care as her voice inflection sounded true and authentic in her Customer Care attitude. Great job! I reread the reviews and it appears to me that they were written by people who were in a hurry but who expected immediate attention. Well folks, disappoint is always around the corner if you are getting there during the rush hour. This does not help you. If you're in a hurry that situation can be frustrating. People, plan your day! It's not about you, it's about being patient and having a good attitude. So when you get hit with the fee, they say they made a mistake in listing that particular financial institution. Then try to state it's not actually a fee, it's a service charge. Right, which is a fee. Then state they aren't charging anything but can't control what other places do. Right, except it specifically says it's an affiliate institution and is fee free. Then back around again. Ridiculous. Also, their system and app is very lacking especially when compared with other financial institutions. As an insurance broker, they called when I filed a claim to ask how everything was going. When I explained I had yet to hear from the insurance company, they stated they would reach out to them and follow up with me. Except they didn't. So it seems that they say the right things but without any action, or they just want to hear how everything is great, except it isn't. I can't recommend Security Services, for anything. Too bad because I had high hopes.

Just dispute after incompetently written dispute sent out month after month with not a single removal. Lots of action but nothing getting done.
