The service men who delivered it, Justin and a helper were very nice and didn't leave until they put it in the area I wanted it. Justin made sure I was happy with where they put it and he made sure it was working before he left. Both guys who delivered it were hard workers and very nice. 5 stars for these two. The associate who sold me the freezer was a very nice gentleman who worked quickly and went to lengths to make sure I would get it delivered the next day. This has been a very positive purchase!

A1 distinguished itself from these other outfits immediately. The repairman (Mr. Trey) was excellent, took care of it - no waiting for a replacement part - and a pleasant personality. The sales clerk assured that the furniture would be delivered February the 20th. Guess what, no furniture! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The only reason why I haven't cancelled the order is because I couldn't find that particular furniture at any other store. I give this business zero stars. I still have no furniture and am currently waiting on a refund. Worst experience ever!!!!
